2 mcs, both are doing genius work,both keep getting rejected because the commoners can't keep up with their pace. Then one of them would choose a side walk ,sort of middle ground that's more compatible with ordinary people so he can be himself as well as maintains amiable relationship with the world as well. The other person would work even harder and come out even more honest, being himself all the way down to his core and not giving a bloody shit to what the world has to say. But the pretentious, evil and cruel worldly creeps would exhaust to the point of tears and put him to his death. And about the excruciating pain his fellow mc goes through without him but manages to survive till the end due to his strong determination.
