Sara woke up to her mom tapping her shoulder. 'Sara, time for school.' she said trying to wake her up. 'Alright, mom. I'm up.' she said, sitting up. She had forgotten to get her clothing out of her suitcase, so she had to get her outfit out of the bag for the day. She looked at her watch. 'Shoot! Only five minutes!' she yelled, scrambling toward her desk on which her mother had layed out her clothes. 'thank mom for that.' she said to herself, pulling the black hoodie over her head and pulling on the dark grey, slim fit sweatpants as well as putting on her black and white checkered sneakers. She ran to the bathroom and brushed out her long blonde hair and brushed her teeth and  walked out the door. After a few minutes of walking, she reached the hard metal gates of the school. 'Hey!' a voice called from behind. It was Alice. 'Hey, Alice.' Sara said. 'Can you take me to the office? I need to get my schedule.' she said nervously. 'Yeah. Of course i can, Sara!' she said, starting toward a door entering the front of the school. Sara wasn't far behind, and soon enough they were in the office. 'Hey, it's Sara Swan.' she said 'I'm here to pick up my Schedule?' she said, somehow managing to break her anxiety. The secretary handed her a paper with a bunch of times and classes. 'Oh look!' Alice said. 'We have PE Together!' Sara cringed at the thought of changing in the same room as her friend. 'Is there stalls in the change room?' she asked. Alice nodded. 'Yeah, Thankfully.' she said. Sara was relieved, but she still hated PE class. 'Okay, that's good.' she sighed. Then, she saw someone. 'oh no.' she said. 'That's Donovan.' she paused, talking low. 'The biggest bully in my school in forth ave high.' she whispered. 'What do i do?' She asked. 'Just, try to stay away from him.' Alice said, hinting toward the paper i was still holding in my hand. 'Oh, right.' she looked back at the paper. English is first period. She said to herself in her head. 'Okay, i gotta get off to English.' she said, walking toward the classroom that was labelled 'English.' on a gold engraved sign that was hanging out front of the door. She walked into the classroom and took her seat. Then, guess who walked into the room— Donovan Brown. Sara knew this would be a bad year if she would be starting every week in class with the school bully. 'Uhh– hi.' she said, earning a death stare from him. 'Is that a death wish?' he questioned. 'No.' she said. He laughed, walking to his seat. After English class, Sara ran straight to her next class. And then the next one, and then after the day was over, she walked home, getting stopped by Alice. 'Hey, me and the girls are going to the cedar campgrounds on Saturday. Would you like to tag along?' she offered. 'Yeah? Why wouldn't i!' Sara smiled. Sara continued her walk home, arriving a bit later than she had expected, going up to her room, and then flopped onto her bed gracefully, and fell asleep.
