Sasuke x Reader Sequel

Shinobi Alliance

I waited in line to get my Alliance headband. I was behind a ninja from Cloud and in front of someone from Sand. "Next!" I heard and the line moved up. Typing up my new headband, I left to find the 3rd division, where Kakashi was the division leader.

We were all walking to the meet up so that we could get briefed on the plan, our role, our enemies, and etc. "It's the captains!" someone yelled and everyone looked up. 

I smiled seeing Gaara, the 4th division captain and the Commander of this entire Alliance. People around me began cheering and clapping. I was in the same unit as Sakura, Lee and Guy-sensei.

We all stood waiting for the speech, everyone was silent. I heard some yelling from other units and people began talking about past events, wars and grudges that the villages held against each other. Over the past who knows how many years, individuals or groups from each village has done something or another to other villages. For the Sand, it was the attack on Konoha with Orochimaru. For Cloud, it was Sasuke attacking their Jinchuriki, Bee, and attacked the 5-Kage. Along with many more events that accumulated over the years.

Fights between the Rock and Cloud were breaking up all over the place. I was pushed forward and I bumped into someone from the Cloud and he turned glaring at me. "Sorry." I apologized.

"Watch where your going brat." he said and sneered at me before turning back around.

"From the first Great Ninja War to the last, shinobi have bonded and come to hate each other for the benefit of their own nation and village." Everyone got quiet as Gaara began speaking. "That hatred led to a desire for power, and created someone like me. I too, was once full of hatred and power. I was a Jinchuriki. I hated this world and the people in it. I constantly thought of nothing but destroying it. I was no different than Akatsuk is now. However, a certain shinobi from Konoha stopped me! He shed tears for me, his enemy. Even though I hurt him, he called me his friend! He saved me. We may have been enemies, but we were both Jinchuriki! The moment we understand each other's pain, our malice will disappear! There are no enemies here! We are all one, and it's because we've all been affected by Akatsuki! Sand, Rock, Leaf, Rain, and Cloud no longer exist. We are now only, shinobi! If you still can't forgive the Sand, then I will give you my head, once this war is over! Our enemy is now after the very friend who saved me! If they capture him, it will mean the end of this world! I want to protect him, I want to protect this world! However, I'm too young and naive to do so! That's why, I need all of you to give me your strength!" Gaara said bowing his head to us.

"We're with you, Gaara-sama!!" The crowd cheered.

"You've grown up so fast..." I thought smiling up at him. 

"Hey." I looked up at the Cloud ninja I had bumped into. "I was rude, sorry about that." he said and held out his hand towards me.

"Thanks. I should've been more careful. Sorry." I said, shaking his hand and he smiled at me.

"Be careful out there kid" he said.

"You too." I smiled and we faced the front.

"Those who hear my plea, stand with me!" Gaara yelled out and everyone cheered again.

We all set off, each following our Unit leaders.  I was near the front, following closely behind Kakashi. "(Y/n)!" he yelled over the wind and I ran faster so I was next to him.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"If things don't go to plan, Naruto might find out about this war. If we can't stop him, I want you to leave and help protect him." he said.

"Are you sure?" I asked him and he nodded. We continued running, each unit began branching off and going to their respective locations.

(Yes, I skipped a bunch of stuff to the start of the war, Because I'm lazy. Also, I'll also be skipping a few episodes in the War arc, since it's a very very long arc.)
