Part 7 (feelings)

I slowly wake up to see Beomgyu looking directly at me but looks away right after we make eye contact. "Are you okay?" I ask carefully and he awkwardly nods. We just sit there for a while until he asks me "so, you like Soobin?" My heart stops as soon as I hear Soobin's name. "Why are you asking?" I ask while carefully glancing at Beomgyu from my lap. He shrugs "I've just noticed Soobin and you being pretty close. I can't have a girlfriend that likes someone else you know?" I look at him confused. What does he mean? we aren't even a real couple at the first place. Beomgyu then sits up and takes a deep breath before caressing my cheek. He then whispers "I don't want to see you with another guy." I look surprised at him. This guy is really confusing me. What does he mean by that now?! Snap out of it Ryujin! You like Soobin! You can't like two guys at the same time. But then he slowly gets closer to my face and right when he is only a few centimeters away from me, the elevator door opens and we see the other members, Chaeryoung and some workers in front of us. Beomgyu and I then accidentally bump our head into each other and he said "you stupid!" while messaging his head. "Stupid?!" I yell back and he nods at me. "Yes! From now on I'm going to call you stupid because you're so annoying!" He yelled and I was about to say something until one of the worker said "alright, get out of the elevator kids." Soobin walks over to me and helps me stand up. "Are you okay?" He carefully asks while checking if there is anything wrong with me. "She is fine." Beomgyu said while standing up.
"Did I ask you?" Soobin asked annoyed at Beomgyu for answering for me. "Does she look hurt-" before Beomgyu could finish his sentence, Chaeryoung said "alright lover boys, everything is okay so let's go home. Beomgyu and Ryujin, we bought food for you guys too." She takes my hand and pulls me away from the two other guys. What is wrong with them? I've never seen Soobin like that except when I saw Samuel at that party. We get home and I just finished eating and now I'm washing dishes. "Can I help with anything?" Soobin asked while smiling at me. "No it's fine, I can manage." I respond smiling back at him. There is an awkward pause until he asked "so, did anything happen in the elevator between you and Beomgyu?" I look at him confused. Why would he asked that? I shake my head and he sighs in relief. "Ryujin, I-" Beomgyu walks over to the sink where Soobin and I were standing and looks at Soobin with annoyance. He places the plate in the sink and walks away again. What is wrong with these two? They've been after each other all day. It is now finally time to sleep but I can't.. everything that happened is making me confused with my feelings. Who do I like? Why are they mad at each other? ugh I don't get it.. I walk outside at the beach to see Soobin sitting there drinking a beer. "You know that you're still underage right?" I said and he looks at me smiling calmly. "Yeah but sometimes it calms me down.." he said while looking at the ocean. I sit down beside him and I look at Soobin. "Why are you up so late?" He asks. "I can't sleep.. so many things are going on in my head at the moment and it stresses me out.." I reply while looking at the ocean. I feel so relaxed talking to Soobin. It's like he understands me better than I understand myself.. he slowly nods and takes another sip of his beer before standing up and offers me a hand. "Let me show you something, but do you trust me?" He said and I look at his hand. How am I confused with my feelings if he is just so perfect? I take his hand and nod at him. Yes Soobin, I trust you.. he takes me to a place filled with sunflowers. It's like a whole field covered with sunflowers. I look surprised at the view and Soobin chuckles at my reaction "My mom used to take me here as a child.. she said that sunflowers are what makes her happy and ever since that day, this is where I would go whenever I miss her.." he said carefully and I look at him. "Where is she now?" I ask carefully as well.. he points at the sky and said "she is in a better place now.." he is smiling but his eyes are tearing up. He looks down and I quickly try to wipe away his tears. "Ryujin.." he whispers and I smile at him. "It's okay, just let it out.." I whisper back and he then hugs me. I'm taken aback but I decide to hug him as well. That's why Soobin is always such a gentleman.. he treats women so well because he loved his mother wholeheartedly.. after a while we walk back to the beach quietly. "Ryujin." He said and I look at him.
"Remember what I said about you'll get something out of being with Beomgyu?" He asked. Please don't say it Soobin.. I can't choose between you two... both of you've been giving me a hard time but I don't want to lose any of you.. he sees that I know exactly what he is about to say. He sighs before caressing my face..
"I love you Ryujin.." he whispers before kissing me. My heart skips a beat.. this is it. He said it. I feel so happy inside to hear that but something inside of me is also telling me it's wrong.. no Ryujin you can't.. he pulls away and I look at him with a worried expression..
"I know Beomgyu and I have been giving you a hard time but I can't stay back anymore.. I won't let you go.." He said carefully..
"Oh really?" I turn around to see everyone behind me.. including Beomgyu..
