Part 11 (the end)

It's now the day after the incident and I still haven't left Beomgyu's side. They manage to save him and now we are just waiting for him to wake up.. Soobin walks in and said "The others are just out buying some food." I quietly nod. I haven't been sleeping well let alone eaten yet. How can I though? when all I can think about is Beomgyu. "Don't worry Ryujin, he will wake up.." Soobin puts his hand on my shoulder and I feel a little bit calmer. I don't know what I would do if Soobin wasn't here with me.. The others have now finished eating and we are all sitting there waiting for Beomgyu to wake up. "Wait why isn't his parents coming to see their son?" Chaeryoung asked and they all look awkward. She is right, where are his parents? Yeonjun then said "they died in a car accident when he was really young.. he grew up alone with his grandma who died not too long ago." I look at Yeonjun in shock. "And since he is from the Choi family, a lot of people are trying to come after him." Taehyun said with no emotion on his face. Why didn't he tell me this? I grab his hand and squeezes it before my eyes starts to tear up again. Please beomgyu.. wake up please.. I then see his eyes slowly open and he looks around. He then gets an eye contact with me and wipes away my tears.. "finally you woke up. Ryujin hasn't been eating for over 24 hours because of you." Yeonjun scolds Beomgyu which made him look at me once again. "Stupid girl, why would you do that?" He said with a weak tone which made me cry even more.. I just hug him and at first he is taken aback but eventually he hugs me too. "Beomgyu.." I whisper and he waits for me to say what I want to say.. "I- I want to be your girlfriend.." I whisper and his eyes widens.
Yeonjun and Huening kai starts to fake cry and we look at them. "It's just so emotional.." they say while wiping their nonexistent tears. We all laugh at them and my eyes are now back at Beomgyu. "I'm sorry for making you worry.." he whispers while caressing my hair. "No, I'm sorry for putting you in this kind of position.." I said and he smiles at me.. "Didn't I tell you that I'll be willing to do anything for you? If it means to sacrifice myself then I won't hesitate to do so." He said.. "alright, y'all want us to leave or-" Taehyun was about to finish his sentence before Chaeryoung lightly punches his arm. "Let them have their moment." She whispers and we all laugh..

it's now a week after Beomgyu got discharged from the hospital and I'm walking with Chaeryoung after school until we see Soobin walking towards us. "Can I borrow Ryujin for a second?" He asked and Chaeryoung nods for approval. She pushes me to go but I'm still confused as to what he wants.. "wear this." He gives me something to cover my eyes with. "Wait what exactly are we doing?" I ask while Soobin covers my eyes. "Do you trust me?" He asked calmly and I slowly nod. He grabs my hand and we start to walk. "And we are here." He said while taking off whatever he covered my eyes with. I'm under cherry blossom trees and it just looks so beautiful.
"What is going on?" I ask him and he smiles at me before saying "just wait and see.." before walking away. I then see Beomgyu walking towards me.. "Beomgyu?" I look at him confused and he takes my hand and hands me over a box. "Open it." He said and I look at the small black box before looking at him again. "What is this?" I ask and he looks at me slightly annoyed. "Stupid, its a box! Now open it before I change my mind." He said in frustration and I sigh before opening it. I then see a beautiful heart necklace. I open the little heart to see a picture of beomgyu and I in the beach. "It's beautiful.." I whisper and look at him with tears in my eyes. "When I said that I will change myself for the better for the girl I'm going to marry, I really meant it Ryujin.. please promise me to spend the rest of your life with me.." he said.. Yeonjun then yells "that's your cue to run Ryujin- ow!" Soobin slaps the back of Yeonjun head and smiles at us. They're all standing there watching him and I under the cherry blossom trees. We all laugh and I look back at Beomgyu before whispering "I promise.." he then kisses me and they all starts clap and cheering for us. Is this how it feels to get married? Either way I'm happy that everything is okay.. A lot of things has happened to me during my time with txt but I didn't regret it.. I've learned so much from all of them and I can't see my future without them all by my side, especially Beomgyu.. maybe Soobin was right, we are meant to each other. He might not be perfect at everything but he is still more than enough for me to love him with all of my heart..
