Chapter 10: The nightclub

Next morning...

I woke up around 1 pm and did the usual clumsy walk towards the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. As I was cleaning my face I took a minute to look at myself in the mirror to process the events from last night. I wondered if Akali had a good time last night. I would really love to ask her that next time we meet. I laughed:

"Eh Samuel, this girl has taken over your mind." - I thought to myself.

After I brushed my teeth, I went back to my bed and grabbed my clothes from the wardrobe next to it. I put on some casual clothes like my dark blue jeans, a white shirt, and black sneakers. Rebecca had gone somewhere and left me a note. *I will be back later, I got something to do with Kai'Sa. See ya at dinner, love ya bro.* After reading the note and got done suiting up, I went to make myself breakfast before someone suddenly knocked on my door. 

I walked up to the door and opened just for my eyes to meet Akali:

"Morning sleepyhead I heard you brought me back in the apartment last night. I hope I wasn't that much trouble to ya." - She said while throwing me her usual cheeky smile. God, that smile is making me freeze. 

"No, don't worry, you were not. Evelynn almost had my head tho." - I joked and she giggled, god I love that giggle.

"Yeah, I heard about that. She said she was a hell of a worried about us getting home so late. I had a lecture from her earlier when I woke up."- She said. 

"Alright, you wanna come in? I was gonna make breakfast." - I offered her, but she had declined.

"Sorry, I already ate and I have to go do some interviews, but we can hang out after I am done. You can hang out with Ahri till then. She wants to get to know you more as well."- Akali's offer quite intrigued me. I nodded and she left afterward. 

No sooner after that, me and Ahri met outside the building. She was wearing all pink clothes which I can hardly describe since I am not that into fashion and stuff. She waved at me as I came out of the building: 

"Sam! Hey, what's up?" -Ahri said as she hopped over to me. Sometimes I wonder if that girl is 5 years old or something.

"Hey, I am all good, how about you?" -I asked in return as we started to walk down the street.

"Oh you know, a paparazzi here and there. Evelynn lecturing Akali for something normal and yeah, you get the idea." - She replied. 

"I see. Wanna get some pizza?" -I asked. 

"Sure, I would love to." -she replied.

We walked to the nearest pizza place called the "Hasta la pizza". It sounded really funny, but I see why they would do that. This is an 80's style pizzeria which means that the people in there are old school types which I like. 

When we entered, we were met with an interesting interior of the pizzeria. It had green walls covered with old 80's posters of movies and bands. I see those people are really big fans of the '80s, even the uniforms were old school as well as the music. I really like this place. 

I and Ahri sit down near the exit and ordered pizza. During that time I and Ahri talked: 

"So, you like Akali?" -Ahri asked me. I was kind of shocked. 

"I...do not? Excuse me?" -I made a fake and nervous laugh. I know I was caught cuz of her look.

"It's ok, I knew for a while now. I promise to not tell her." -she said.
