Merlin's POV
I didn't know exactly how to change things back to the way things were. I have no idea how Morgana had even gone back in time in the first place but I know I'm not going to let this time live on and the proper one disappear forever. My dad took his life in this time so I could go back to the other one I had worked so hard for. If I can't get back I don't think I will have anything to live for.
I have to stop Morgana and get things right. It's the only way now and Morgana isn't going to stop me doing that. "How are you going to do that?" Morgana asked sneering right at me.
"Just watch me," I snapped back. I rushed forward before anyone saw what I was going to do. I had this feeling, this idea pop to my mind. I have no idea why but just that split second I knew what to do. I was near Morgana in seconds. She went to shout a spell but it was a little too late for that.
I gripped my arm around her wrist as tight as I could. "What are you doing?!" she snapped at me.
"I'm stopping you yet again Morgana," I whisper into her ear. While she got detracted by that I pulled of the necklace around her neck. Arthur was watching me close; I could feel his eyes on me. I could feel everyone's eye on me.
"No Morgana he is taking the necklace!" shouted Morgause and Mordred but it was a little too late for warnings too.
"It was a good try, you nearly did it Morgana I give you credit for that but you forget one thing. I'm Merlin and as long as I live you will never get the throne of Camelot," I whisper to her.
I stepped back holding onto the necklace and as I did everything began to move and crumble in front of everyone and then I blacked out. For a while I dreamt of the days I spent with Balinor, the man who until near the end I had forgot was my father. I mean I'm lucky I had got all my memories back at all and I don't know how I did either but somehow it had happened.
I finally felt myself beneath something and I opened my eyes up slowly. I found myself lying on my bed back in my chamber and Gaius looming over me. "Someone must be tired. I've been calling you for the past five minutes," beamed Gaius.
"Gaius!" I shout at him before I swung to my feet and pulled him into a warm and comforting embrace.
"Merlin, you only saw me last night," he said looking confused.
"Oh...of course I guess that would have never happened and..." I trailed off.
Gaius looked at me as if I had lost it. "Is something wrong? Am I missing something?" he asks.
"Yeah you're missing a lot and it's not a five minute story either. I guess I don't have time to explain...Maybe you don't need to know no one does," I say to him.
"Merlin, you can trust me. I think you need someone to tell because something is concerning you a lot," he says.
"Have I got time to eat?" I ask him.
"Plenty of time if you hurry and get dressed," he smiles.
"Ok I'll dress and then I'll explain it all to you over some breakfast."
Morgana's POV
"How could of this happened," I cried into my hands.
"We should have killed him," said Morgause.
"I still don't understand how he changed the time back," said Mordred confused.
"There is only one way to how he could have done it," said Morgause.
"What's that?" I ask wiping my tears away looking at my sister for the knowledge I or Mordred don't have.
"Maybe we should have known sooner. How our plans are always meddled with somehow stopped and never work out. Why a servant could destroy our plans so much. I can't be certain and we would have to find out but if I am correct the only explanation to how he could have got his memories back and stopped us was if he had...magic."
Merlin's POV
When i reached Arthur's chambers a little late Arthur was nowhere to be found. I decided to clean his chamber anyway encase he had gone for breakfast with his dad. Even if Arthur isn't here at least its back to the way things were.
As I finished up and considered searching for Arthur two knights stormed into the chamber and their eyes landed on me.
"Arthur isn't here I was about..." I stopped as they came over to me and took either arm. What have I done now?
They took me all the way to the throne room. They dragged me down the long throne room and put me at Uther's feet. This does not look good. Where is Arthur? There is no sign of him. This is not good.
Uther looks down at me and is about to open his mouth...
