Chapter 18

Third Person POV--

After Taehyung walked away leaving Jimin confused, Jimin decided to see what's in the memory card that was so important for Taehyung to bring late at night?

Jimin walked around the house, searching for Jin's laptop, since it wasn't his first time in this house, he knew where he would find it. He walked to the office finding the laptop on the desk. He walked up to it smiling feeling like he did something big.

He put the memory card into the laptop and waited for it to load. While he waited, he looked around the room, he noticed a couple pictures of him and Jin together, he smiled not knowing exactly why.

When the memory card loaded, which didn't take a long time, the only thing that showed was two things. The first one was a recording and the second one was a video.

Jimin decided to first open the video, after he was done he would listen to the recording. When Jimin opened the video he could only see movements, mostly made by Taehyung.

Taehyung breaking things, yelling, slamming his fist on the desk, but he didn't hear a thing, it was just them talking. Jimin didn't turn off the video just because he couldn't hear anything, he decided to watch it till it ended, which took about 25-30 minutes. The ending of the video shocked Jimin, why would Taehyung hit his own dad? What did Mr. Kim say that made Taehyung do such a thing?

Jimin didn't know how to react, 'wasn't this technically a crime?' Jimin thought, why would Taehyung give him this, what were they even saying?

Jimin decided to open the recording, "Maybe this would help me understand?" Jimin said not very positive. When Jimin started listening, he was a little confused, until he heard 'Mr. Park' those two words grabbed Jimin's full attention. He was now listening while clinching his fist.

When the recording ended, Jimin was at the edge of crying, he wanted to end Mr. Kim, he hated that family even more. Jimin was still lost in his thought until he heard the coffee table move, he looked up and it was Y/N standing right in front of him, tears coming down, she couldn't even stand straight.

"Y/N? What are you doing here?" Jimin stood up closing the laptop. Y/N didn't say anything at first, she walked up to Jimin and looked at the laptop, "Is this why you wanted me away from him?"

Jimin didn't know what to say, what was he going to say, his younger sister who just had remembered about their father, found out the real reason he was dead.

"Y/N, don't think about this right now, just go have some rest, we'll talk about it tomor-.." "NO!! Dad!! HE DIED BECAUSE OF THEM!! IT WASN'T AN ACCIDENT!!" Y/N yelled she was hurt. She was happy she remembered her father, but now his death hurts even more, because she now knew how her father was.

Jimin didn't want Y/N to hate Taehyung, not anymore, he helped Jimin. "Y/N!! Stop yelling. This isn't Taehyung's fault, it's just his father. Taehyung didn't do anything." Y/N didn't know what to say, she just shook her head right, left, right and left. It looked like she was having an entire argument in her mind.

Y/N POV--

I didn't know what to feel, what should I feel, should I be sad because I just found out the real reason my father died? Or should I feel happy that technically Jimin is defending Taehyung? I don't know what to feel all I want to do is despair.

I looked at Jimin who was looking at me with a worried expression and asked. "What are you going to do with that?!" I said pointing towards the memory card in the laptop. Jimin turned his face to find what I was pointing at and scratched the back of his head. "I don't know. What do you think I should do?" Jimin paused taking a breath and continued talking. "Mr. Kim doesn't deserve to live. He took the life of our father, he deserves to rot in jail!!" Jimin said while clinching his fist so hard they were trying white.
