Chapter 22

Third Person POV--

Jimin pushed the door open, he held it open long enough for Y/N to walk in. When both of them were at the police station, they walked up to the front desk, both feeling confident about the proof they have.

Jimin slammed his hand on the desk, making the cop sitting in the front desk flinch. "I'm here to report a murder." The cop rolled his eyes at Jimin, thinking he's being childish.

"Look here kid, I don't have time for your childish games. Teenagers these days don't know what to do with their lives. I'm a busy person, and you talking to me about stupid things right now is wasting my time." The cop went back to look at some files.

Jimin was now frustrated, why would he think I'm playing? Is this not something big to them? Do people play around like this? Do they think murder is a game? Jimin pulled out something out of his pocket and placed it on the desk.

"I told you before and I'm telling you again, I'm here to report a murder, everything you need to know is in this." Jimin gave the cop flash drive, that had a video with a voice recording in it. Jimin worked all night fixing the recording and placing it into the right place with the video.

The cop grabbed the flash drive from on the desk and looked at Jimin's serious face. He decided to open whatever was in the memory card. Not that he thought Jimin was actually telling the truth, he just wanted Jimin to get out of his way.

The cop placed the flash drive into the laptop, and waited for it to load. When it opened, few minutes after seeing pitch black in the video, he saw Mr. Kim, and Taehyung. His eyes widened and he paused the video. "What's this about?" Jimin was now angry, he wanted to help Taehyung as fast as he can, but this cop wasn't helping him.

"Just finish watching and then ask, if you didn't understand it." The cop turned his head back, facing the laptop, and played it once again.

25 minutes later, the cop turned off the laptop, taking out the flash drive. He took a deep breath and looked at Jimin. He was shocked, he didn't want to believe that the guy they were protecting, was actually the real murderer and not Taehyung.

"Where did you get this from?" The cop asked obviously confused.

"Does it matter where I got it from? No. Now that you have evidence that Taehyung's innocent, where is he?" The cop didn't say a word, processing everything he just saw, and then he remembered that Taehyung was with the real murderer.

"We have to get him out of there before it's too late!!" The cop said while running down the hall. Jimin and Y/N followed him confused about what he was talking about.

"What do you mean? Before what's too late?" Y/N asked concerned.

"Taehyung is in the visiting room with the real murderer, Kim Yun-Joon." Jimin and Y/N's eyes widened after hearing Taehyung was with his father who wanted to ruin him and screw him over.

When they got to the room, cops were already pulling Taehyung away from his father. Taehyung looked furious, he looked like he wanted to kill his father. Y/N just stared from outside, she was afraid of this Taehyung she just saw, he scared her. She just watched him yell at his father and try to get out of the cops is grip.

The cop that was with Jimin and Y/N walked up to Mr. Kim who was fixing his tie, and started handcuffing him. "What are you doing!! Why are you putting these on me?!! He's the murderer!!" Mr. Kim yelled trying to pull his hands away from the cop is grip.

"Kim Yun-Joon your getting arrested for murder." Mr. Kim stopped fighting, trying to think of what was the cop talking about.

When Jimin heard the cop arresting Mr. Kim, he smiled, he was happy, he finally got revenge for his father. Jimin walked in, pushing the door open, the smile he had turned into a smirk as he spoke. "Game over, Kim Yun-Joon" Mr. Kim's eyes widened at the sight of Jimin. He knew that Jimin was going to come back. But just didn't expect him to actually succeed.
