Bex woke up in her room her left arm and her left leg bandaged and a small bandaid covered the a small gash on the side of her cheek
Wincing, she sat up her arms supporting her and her eyes looked around the room, noticing that her bedroom door was open and her and Rebekah's adjoining Doro was open and well.
"Bekka?" She called out her voice barely above whisper and it felt raw, probably because of the hysterically sobbing she had done in her sleep once again
She swung her legs off her bed, and she stood up her legs wobbling as she did so
She limped towards the door, her mouth still dry from the night before and every part of her ached
She made her way down stairs careful not to trip this time, cause she had a feeling she wouldn't be able to get back up again if she did
When she reached the bottom She held onto the wall trying to stay up, when she reached the kitchen She saw, Rebekah, Elijah, Kol, and Klaus all gathered together talking quietly
"Bex, why are you up?" Bekka exclaimed noticing Bex as she limped into the kitchen towards a coffee cup
Bex shot Bekka a quick glare before dumping the coffee into her cup and she shuffled towards the table with a scowl
"You should be in bed." Bekka chastised
Bex raised her eyes from her cup, made direct eye contact with Bekka, chugged the scalding hot coffee just barely wincing, and said "Try me, I clucking dare you." Her voice was stolen cold and her eyes were narrowed into slits
She stood up and got another cup of coffee this time leaning against the counter not far from Elijah
"Are you okay?" He asked her
She let out a scoff "Hmm, let's see. I found out last night that there is prophecy about me, where I die! Fun I also found out that my friends knew about it and didn't tell me, no instead I found out from their witchy witch of a mother. I also crashed my motorcycle and that helps me relive stress and now, Elijah, you know where my favorite secret spot is, so I have no where to hide, and I'm in a lot of froging pain. So, no, Elijah, I am not okay." She snarled "Thanks for carroting." She downed the rest of her drink and limped out of the kitchen with her friends staring at the doorway she left through
"What prophecy?" Kol asked breaking the silence
"I have no bloody clue." Rebekah sighed
"But, do you know what Im guessing?" Klaus asked
"That our lovely mother has something to do with this." Elijah finished leaving after the room
"Exactly." Klaus muttered darkly following after his brotherBex was lying in her bed picking at a bandage on her leg when Kol pushed open the door, her eyes barely darted upwards before she let out a huff and went back to picking at her bandage
"Hi." He said softly
"Hey." She muttered boredly
"Can I come in?" He asked his hand on the doorknob
"Sure, why not." She mumbled
Kol stepped into the room and leaned against the desk, feeling awkward
"Listen, earlier when you mentioned a prophecy..none of us knew about it." Kol admitted
Bex's head snapped up so fast that she sprained her neck and winced in pain "What?" She said sharply
"The Prophecy my mother told you about, we didn't know, Bex." Kol said
Bex looked at him then let out a scoff of disbelief "She lied to me. I-I meaning expected it, but I still can't believe it." She said, then she out a growl "That little imp!" She exclaimed loudly smacking her bed making Kol jump slightly
"God! God, God, God! And I fell for it!" She said putting her face in her hands, hissing in pain when her hands skimmed over a bruise, "Oh, I'm such an idiot! Jesus Christ!"
Kol gasped, "No, no! None of that!" He said moving onto the bed next to her "You are not an idiot!"
She shoulders had begun to shake, and her eyes were closed tightly "I feel like one...." She grumbled under her breath
Kol wrapped his arm and around her and pulled her into him "You, my friend best friend-" "I'm your only friend." "-As my favorite best friend, it is my duty to make you happy when you are sad, so as duty calls, come with me!" He beamed nudging her before standing up
She arched an eyebrow at him, before snorting "Heh, duty." She snickered before crossing her arms "Pick me up!" She Demanded holding up her arms lile a kid
Kol shook his head sighing "If I must." He said scooping her up as she giggled happily
He carried her out of the room, down the hall past, Klaus who owns looking at them questioningly
"Hiya, Husky Boy!" Bex smiled waving like a kid
Klaus paused and smiled at her "Hello," He paused thinking of a nickname
"Clumsy." Bex said immediately out of habit
Klaus smirked, "Hello, Clumsy."
She waved at him as Kol continued to walk with her in his arms and into room has he had never seen
She paused awestruck "woah......." She gasped "Is this your room? This is the Fortress of Solitude?" Kol smiled a little
"Yes it is." He answered
"Put me down, put me down. I must explore!" She exclaimed trying to pull out of his arms, he set her down and watched as she tried to dart across his room with a an awed look on her face she picked things up, examining them, scrunching her nose when she dirty clothes, furrowing her brows when she read something, and smiling when she saw old pictures
"You were a cute kid." She commented picking up and a very very old yellowed drawing created by Klaus from when they were young
"Are you insinuating that I am no longer cute?" He asked taking it out of her hands and setting it down
"No, I'm saying you were cute and now you're handsome." She said squishing his cheeks playfully
Then she stopped a thoughtful expression on her face "I want to see your face." She said
Kol looked at her funny "You are seeing seeing my face."
"No, you're real face." She said again
"This is my real face, you weirdo." Kol laughed
"I want to see you as a vampire, it's your real face and I want to know you. I want to know every part of you, and that's a part of you." Bex said as if it was obvious
Kol was taken aback by her request surprised and shocked "Pardon?"
"Let me see it, Kol."She said again
Kol hesitated before, focusing feeling as I the gray veins underneath his eyes popped out and as his eyes went black and red and fangs sprouted fro m his teeth
Kol expected her to flinch or close her eyes, instead she stepped closer, and raised her hands, running her fingers over the gray veins she studied his teeth and his red eyes amazed by him and his vampireness
And she held his face in her hands continuing to stare at him and then she squished his cheeks with a small smile and stated "Still Kol."
His eyes turned soft brown again and his veins faded "Still Cute." She added hugging him
He chuckled "Thanks, Bex." He smiled
"You need a nickname and so do i....You can be Fangsy!" She smiled
"Sure and you can be Bexie." He said with a mirroring smile
"Fangsy and Bexie against the world! Best Friends Forever!" She exclaimed making him twirl
He laughed "Let's watch some movies."
"Old movies." She added flopping down on his bed
"Yeah, old movies." He said doing th same thing
So for the next eight hours, they lied on his bed watching old movies with ridiculous titles and bad acting and with smiles on their faces until they both fell asleep
