Where did my mail go?

I noticed something weird about my mail, it arrives without a stamp and I'm pretty sure the mail looks more than a decade old, like it's been sitting in the mail like its waiting for someone to stop by and read it.

No mail comes without a stamp, if it's without a stamp it won't get delivered to where it needs to go. But who is this Noah Jacobs? I've searched Facebook and Google for him but it none of the people that show up fits where my pen pal Noah comes from.

I write these in my diary that I keep track of everything once a day.

Ever since that pen pal envelope I noticed I stopped getting mail from my sister who travels around the world and sends me post cards, like it cuts out all mail my family sends me. They don't like using phones because they think it's some kind of hacking thing the government is trying to keep track of everything you do. I don't blame them for not trusting such things, some people do get hacked because they are not careful. I was only hacked on my Facebook once but I quickly took action so I didn't have to create a new page.

Weeks went on and I still haven't gotten my pen pal mail, I wonder who he (Noah) is. As I was thinking time flies so fast in class that when the bell rang I was snapped back into reality and I was about to pack my things for the next class but I looked at my notebook I drew a sketch? And this is the first time that I drew a sketch without myself knowing I did, I draw small characters but never a full body and face.
