Well it's been a while since spring and everyday it gets hotter and hotter. Everyone goes swimming and riding in their cars and here I am stuck with a job which I am thankful for. But it seems like the days get longer and time goes slower. "Why don't you take a break?" Steven asks. Well if you don't know Steven he is my boss, he has a quick stop shop not far from the beach, but it's quite far from my house. He opens up shop once the beach is open for swimming, the shop closes at 9:30 pm. It's a cozy little workplace, and good pay which is $2 dollars an hour. I work from  5 to 9 then I'd be home around 10. I don't have a bike or a car so I walk to work. "If you don't mind it, then I will" I answered back to him. "Go ahead it's summer anyways, you don't want to spend it here all the time" Steven said "ok, just shout if you need me" "yep, go run along sport." He replied.

I took a walk along side the beach soaking my feet in the shallows I Hadn't realize how far I walked so I walked back, I gazed at the shore and then I heard my name being yelled "time for work! We have a lot of people coming in" "coming!" I replied.

"So how was the break?" "It was peaceful" "that's good to hear, don't forget payday is tomorrow" "yep, alright I'll tend to the people" "sure thing."

(Closing time)
Well I was just about done cleaning my area when my boss called for me. "Noah, come here I need a word with you" "you needed me sir?" "Yeah... It's about the change of schedule".
He told me that summer is here and that I don't need to work some days so I can have fun with the other kids. I wanted to tell him I don't have friends
because I don't stick in the crowd. I guess I'll look for another part time job somewhere near town.

(Walking home from work)

I walked home that night, but I felt this strange thing it was like vibrating somewhere on me then it got warmer and it was getting hot. I fell because it felt like I was pushed, I got up looking around and all the hair on my body was sticking up like a lot of balloons had been rubbed on me. There was this dim hur of a light then the light disappeared, I was dusting myself off I felt something at the back of my bag that I bring to work with me. I had found my letter to my Penpal but it was warm to the touch. That's when I realized this is no ordinary mail.

I ran home to see what was inside of the mail to my Penpal. But I was kind of scared because that strange feeling, all my hair sticking up on ends, and that light, it was all shocking my mail came back, but not the same envelope each time.
