Johnny and Miracle

How did I get myself into this? Miracle thought looking at the invitation in her hands. "You don't have to go if you don't want to" Robert said as he came into the room from the bathroom with his shirt off. "Don't you want to see your friends though?" Miracle asked, he walked to her bent down and looked her eyeball to eyeball. "If you don't want to go we don't have to" Robert said. Miracle rolled her eyes "that didn't answer my question" Miracle said. "Look I'm easy it's whatever you want" Robert said with a chuckle. "But I hope the reason you don't want to go is because of Johnny" he said slowly. How could he tell? "I know he hurt you but you're with me now" Robert said sharply standing to his feet. "I know... I know but he hurt me..." "and I have to live with the price huh?" Robert snapped. "No, that was not what I was going to say" Miracle said quickly "you didn't have to." Robert said as he pulled on a T-shirt. Robert had been Johnny's close friend, after what happened her and Robert started talking and not long after carried on a relationship. It has been a long time but Miracle just couldn't get over Johnny.

"Mr. Wilson" Giselle, Johnny's assistant said. "Yes Giselle?" Johnny asked, "I have a Tasha on the phone for you" she said as she sashayed into the office with a questionable look. "Tasha, huh?" Johnny said rubbing his freshly shaved chin, "Should I be worried?" Giselle teased as she placed her bottom on his desk. "No" he said calmly his gaze drifting to the helm of her skirt. "Oh good" she said, he picked up the phone and answered it. "Johnny" Tasha said from the other end. "I hope to see you at the reunion" she said, Johnny ran a hand over his face. "Shit" he muttered "I do not want anything to do with that reunion" he snapped. "I will come all the way out there to California and drag you down here" Tasha snapped. "Everyone is going to be there" Tasha added nicely. That was exactly what he was afraid of. "I sent you reminders on Facebook don't act like you didn't know about it" Tasha said. "I can't just stop everything to go" "bs" Tasha snapped. "Do I have to send you screenshots of you saying that you would take those days off" Tasha added. "Dammit" Johnny said. "Now be there" "Will she be there?" Johnny asked, Tasha paused maybe thinking before saying anything. "Tasha?" Johnny asked concerned that maybe she hung up. "I honestly don't know" Tasha said. He should have been relieved but instead found himself disappointed.

Giselle walked around him and began massaging his shoulders. "What was that about?" Giselle asked her hands reaching around and unbuttoning his shirt. "My class reunion" Johnny said. She began kissing his neck and cheek "Oh! That sounds like a great way for me to get to know you better" she beamed. Not a change, Johnny thought. "I don't think so" Johnny said, she stopped kissing him. Johnny stood to his feet and walked to the other side of the room. "Why is that?" Giselle asked, "I am not that important to you" Giselle snapped. Johnny turned to the window she really did hit it on the nail. "Gissy, this wasn't supposed to go on as long as it has been" Johnny said. "You bastard" Giselle snapped "If it wasn't for me you wouldn't even be in the position you are in today" Giselle snapped. "Please, Giselle you are a slutty assistant. You slept with my clients without me even asking you to so if you think you did me a favor by doing that you are sadly mistaken" Johnny said turning on her. "Son of a bitch" Giselle grumbled "after everything we have been through..." "what have we been through Giselle? My condo, your place, hotels? I have covered all of the bills" Johnny said nonchalantly. "You know what karma is going to take a big chunk out of you Johnny Wilson." Giselle snapped storming out of the office and slamming the door. She was probably right, Johnny thought.

"Are you coming?" Tasha asked from the other end of the phone. Miracle sighed "I don't know" Miracle said "look, don't let what happened in the past stop you from living. I really want you to be there" Tasha whined. "Robert really wants to go... but I don't think I can bare seeing His face" Miracle said. "Leona always tell me that we either face our demons now or they will come to us either way we have to step up" Tasha said speaking of her best friend since grade school. "I guess you're right" Miracle said. She didn't know if she would regret this but now talking to Tasha she was ready to go. After all she wouldn't be alone she would be with Robert. "Okay, I will come" Miracle said. "AHHHHHHH" Tasha exclaimed loudly. Miracle laughed, it would be good to see them again.
