CHAPTER 25

[CHAPTER 25: It's been awhile Ange...]

Sometime soon, Ru had popped out her smartphone from in-between her luscious soft melon breasts, that were acting some kind of strange support in the most unusual way as possible. Her melons jiggled such as they were pudding in the aftermath. As Zeran saw her funny stunt again, he was beady-eyed once again. A little while later, as she called on her phone, the air became silent and the springwater was stagnant. He heard Ru's voice talking by the phone though, her expression was very serious and it wasn't her usual way of teasing to her close friends and him,

"Yeah...it's me..."
"I see...okay...thanks Ange...".

As soon as she was done talking by her smartphone, she closed her eyes and sighed with a huge burden on her look. Zeran seemed he wanted to know what had happened during their cloudy conversattion and his look was very much concerned for the state of Ru. Though, as she opened her eyes again, she noticed that Zeran saw her with a heavy look on her face, so she masked herself with an endearing smile of a pure maiden such as she represented a light Goddess of hope, instead of a dark Goddess of demise before him. Then, she held Zeran's hands and said, trying to relieve his doubts,

"Don't worry Zera..."
"Ange says she's eager to see us..."
"More than that she wanted to tell you something important...".

Zeran replies,

"Okay...".

Though, it seemed both of them didn't want to release their hold on each other for some reason. Their hearts were beating faster. More than that, both of them were mesmerized by each others glimmering eyes. Zeran's crimson eyes were vibrant and richer, as he saw her. His cool face was melting in the growing passion. As for Ru, her eyes were shining like brilliant gold and her smile was ever holistic and serene to see for any man. Her face was letting out a feverish strawberry ready to be plucked out. The two of them were in their own space isolated from the outside world. There were wreathing and flowing petals in their passionate little world. Time was frozen in their presence. They were frolicking along the soothing paths with their hands held together. They were dancing in the starlight and brilliant lights were above and around them. Soon enough, Ru and Zeran closed their eyes and both of them tried to reach out with their subtle lips. Suddenly, a stairway plumed in glistening white feathers from the heavens had emerged near them and strong gongs of bells echoed through the very place, turning the two to snap out from their passionate trance. Soon, Ru released her hold unto Zeran and she twisted gracefully near the staircase. Thereon, she said,

"Time for us to meet Ange, my dear Zera..."
"By ascending through the staircase!".

As he saw Ru kinda introducing him to move up to the staircase in order to enter the light Goddess's sacred chambers, he scratched his head and made him to delve in his thoughts, recalling some fragments of his memory, while he has a relieved look on his face,

("Well...atleast...we don't have to trudge through...ATMOSPEAR CLIFFS!")
("I remember the times when my friends and companions were on a journey...")
("Then Sheena almost fell of a cliff and below her were frozen spiky icicles...")
("Thankfully she was saved by Cyron...")
("And the two became in love with each other after that...and they married each other...")
("Honestly...I saved Sheena lots of times too...")
("She's a near perfect woman...")
("Why didn't I think of...oh wait...I already proposed and proved my love to PRIESTESS FAE before...")

Soon, Zeran went near her and composed himself in front of the staircase. Ru reached out from in-between her two marshmallows once again and brought her two enchanted cards that she had used before. She offered those cards to him, turning him to look dumbstruck but, she just winked at him like a secretive diva and said,
