[CHAPTER 49: BLOODLIGHT GODDESS RU]

Ru and Zeran were still at it with their lively and passionate duel of fiery petals. The crowd of Goddesses were now sitting at the benches provided, while their eyes were glued unto the budding couple's fight that was filled with love taps. Sooner or later, Ru wore a determined smile mixed with devious intent, as she casted out with her kitchen knife that was held high into the primordial divine sky, while she was floating above,

"NIGHTMARE SHIFT!".

Ru was engulfed by a surge of dark turbulence and butterflies that were carrying amethyst gemstones beneath their fluttering wings. The next moment, the dark cyclone with dancing butterflies that were shrouding her before had dispersed. Thereon, her awesome primal appearance was revealed, proving she was back on her true form that would smite fear and arousal to any mere mortal. Though, her whole appearance didn't have that much changes but, her number of tails have multiplied into four and the sclera of her eyes turned into the color of the abyss, while her pupils became more and more entrancing, as they were gleaming in radiant gold, glaring their divine vibrant glow such as they had their own holistic burning aura. Her back was spewing out immense fragments of purple stardust that looked-like those were her wings of energy, even though they weren't. Her kitchen knife turned into a very long katana that was gleaming its amazing purplish aura and the reflection of its user. Its blade was very sharp, that can even cut through the hardest steel and diamond. While for her sniper, it didn't have that much drastic changes, instead it was just spewing out magical butterflies blended in the colors and hues of pure white and daring purple. Ru even felt the changes in her form, making her to say in her thoughts,

("Thanks to those artifacts that my beloved Zera had retrieved for me...")
("I'm back at my full power...").

As Zeran saw her all-powerful form of a Goddess in her primal appearance, he was awe-inspired. He was seeing her more and more beautiful than ever before even though, she was a dark Goddess cloaked in the aura of terror. Thereupon, he compliments her, while his smile was reaching the heavens,

"Wow...looking good Ru!".

Ru smirked as her foxy ears heard his compliment over her, although her response to him was a sudden Icarus dive with her katana that was aimed to smite him down. Hopefully, Zeran was able to dodge her sudden attack in the nick of time. More than that, he noticed that Ru's movements were faster for some reason. Sadly, Ru didn't give him any leeway, as she casted, while she was pointing her sniper at Zeran,

"ABYSSAL BLAST!".

She pulled the trigger and her sniper shot out a fast moving plasmatic bullet slathered in pinkish petals. Zeran tried to dodge but, the magical bullet divided itself into several bullets and homed on him, turning him to be scraped and to be damaged mildly by the mystical shots that can't ever miss their target. As he felt her darts of passion, he whistled. Though, soon enough, he just brought out a blueberry chip cookie and ate it to replenish his life force. Ru was witnessing that Zeran was eating her handmade cookies in their lovely duel, so she blushed like she was a pleased newlywed housewife and said in her thoughts,

("Awww...he's eating the cookies that I made for him...even for our lovely duel...")
("But...that won't be necessary for this...").

Sooner or later, she casted out,

"DIMENSION SEAL!".

The strange thing is it seemed like nothing happened in particular, as she casted out that grand spell, turning Zeran to be dumbfounded and tilt his head. Though, he felt that his wounds weren't fully healed yet, so he tried to take out another piece of cookie from his personal dimension inventory although, nothing came out, making him to realize that his special ability was sealed by her previous spell. His face was sweating nervously, as his signature ability was barred from using. He looked at the floating Ru above and said in an awkward manner,
