Finding someone

Im tired of dealing with my own problems and I just want someone who could be my shoulder to lean on. You know someone who could understand me thoroughly. I hate those people who'd just say that Im being overreacting and such dramas damn! They never knew what mess i've been. It's been hell living my life. And all I could ask is someone, someone who's ready to hear my thoughts. Someone who'll lend me a hand. Someone who'll stay with me no matter how it falls apart. Someone who'll never get tired of giving advices when my family can't give that.
I just need someone to hold on to. Where is this someone whom I can find?
