My eyes shot open as i feel my face being carassed by a warm damp velvet glove.

Wait that's not a velvet glove...Its my DOG licking my face!
"Ew!" I scrunch up my face in disgust.

"SKYLER!!! Bad boy! Get down!" i yell. If skyler was a female, i'd know exactly what to call her!

Skyler was my fifteenth birthday's gift and this little guy has been my companion for three years. My besteverest friend.

Besteverest exist in my dictionary okay.

I remember pulling a string of golden ribbon and opening the big box wrapped in red revealing a cute cuddlesome puppy happily wagging its tail.

Now i look at skyler standing on his hind legs and using his front paws to lean on my bed and looking at me with wide puppy dog eyes. Skyler's fur is a blend of gray and black intertwining together to make a mixture looking like salt and pepper. He has small, cropped triangular ears, dark black eyes and a round black wet nose.

He nuzzled his wet nose in my hand which of course is a blackmail.

"Awn! How sweet but am not falling for it" i say crossing my arms.

Skyler rolls on the ground turning upside down and looks at me with wide hopeful eyes, ears flat and let out a vibrating growl deep in his chest in disappointment.

"Fine! You win. I'll take you to the park". I groan giving up.

I change into my addidas tracksuits and trainers and kneel down to put on skyler's leash and ruffle his fluffy fur.

I am halfway down the stairs when Skyler's head snaps up as he sniffs something.

It was COOKIES!

OH NO!!! I'm dead

Excitement wired his body like he was plugged to the mains and he was glowing from inside out.

"Skyler N-" i never got to complete this sentence before Skyler goes NUTS and pounds down the stairs. My body jerks forward and i am dragged down the stairs before tripping and kissing the floor.

I am captivated by the flavoursome aroma of cookies which made my mouth water.

Are you thinking what am thinking?..
Stealing cookies isn't a bad idea afterall.

Insert detective music.

Take out binoculars to spot the cookies and the MOMSTER.

Aha! the cookies are on the kitchen counter and the momster is no where to be seen.

I crouch down and do three ninja rolls until i hit a wall.

Ouch! It hurts like a bitch!

I slowly get up and stick to wall like a lizard before tip toeing to the kitchen counter.

My hand moves to grab the first cookie as my the smile on my face almost split my face in two.

AHA! Mission about to be successful!
