"Why can't we go

go to their house now? We really, really wanna go!" Namjoon whined as he followed you into the kitchen. Hoseok was too busy watching the TV and Namjoon wanted to go his neighbours house. It had only been a day since you gave the fruit basket to your new neighbours and Namjoon was dying to go back there, he wanted to make a new friend, which would be the small boy Yoongi.

"No Namjoon, let them settle in. You have to be respectful," You said as Namjoon sighed and sat down on the cold kitchen floor.  "Off of the floor, it's cold," you said as Namjoon huffed, stood up and waddled away like a penguin with an annoyed expression plastered onto his face. You sighed before starting to prepare dinner.

Half an hour later

As quick as lightning, Namjoon appeared again with a bright smile. He was jumping from side to side while calling you.

"Momma! You had a secret room with cool stuff?! Why didn't you tell me?!" Namjoon asked as he jumped from side to side, his hair bobbing up and down and side to side. You turned to Namjoon with confusion. Secret room...? Oh! He must mean the room down the hallway. You giggled before crouching down to his size.

"How did you even find that room?" Namjoon's cheeks blushed crimson, which happens whenever he's embarrassed, as he recalled how he found the room with Hoseok.

Half an hour before

Namjoon waddled to his big brother, Hoseok. Hoseok was watching Dora The Explorer and was immersed in the show. Namjoon sat himself down next to Hoseok and crossed his arms angrily. Hoseok's older brothers senses tingled and he looked over at his younger brother who was pouting and trying to focus on the TV.

"What's wrong Joonie? Did something bad happen?" He asked, worried.

"Yes, something very bad has happened! We can't go to the neighbours house," Namjoon replied as he looked at Hoseok. Hoseok patted his brothers shoulder.  "You know, we should let them get used to their new home. Yeah?" Hoseok suggested as Namjoon sighed sadly and let his hands drop to his side.

"That's what momma said...you know what, to distract us, let's properly explore the house! We never tried exploring the house properly before," Namjoon said excitedly as Hoseok gasped in delight. He could be Dora's exploring partner! Hoseok vigorously nodded his head and they both high-fived.

"Let's go!" Namjoon cheered as he and Hoseok walked out of the living room and to the front door.

"So," Hoseok started as he stared down the hallway next to the stairs which was dimly lit. "We should go down there, we've never been down by there," he continued as he pointed down the dimly lit hallway. Namjoon gulped before looking at Hoseok with a 'are-you-serious' look. Hoseok rolled his eyes before taking his brothers hand and they both fearfully walked through the hallway. They both stopped walking when they saw a brown, wooden door that stood in front of them.

"Gasp, what is a door doing here?" Hoseok asked with wide eyes as Namjoon giggled. "You don't just say 'gasp' silly! But this must be a secret room, I bet my food that inside, it's a place for another world! Like the movie Caroline," Namjoon said as Hoseok scoffed and shook his head.

"No, there has to be a map that will lead us to a treasure from pirates! Like that movie 'The Goonies'," Hoseok said as Namjoon rolled his eyes and said, "Yeah, well, that map was in an attic, not in a secret room where there must be a secret other world." Hoseok scoffed before waving off the matter. "Let's just see who's right!" He said, before both of the boys opened the door handle together.

Both boys gasped.

"Books and a dance machine...?"

10 minutes later

"Woah, this book is, like, 100 pages long!" Namjoon gasped as Hoseok gasped as well.

"Really? This book is 340 pages long!" Hoseok said as Namjoon gasped with wide eyes. The two boys were exploring the very small, secret room that was dimly lit with shelves of books and one dance machine. Hoseok said he wanted to have a turn on the dance machine but Namjoon said not to because it might make too much noise. Currently, they were looking at all the books.

"Why hasn't momma told us about this?!" They both whined as they looked at each other.

"Let's confront her! She didn't tell us about this room at all, so unfair," Namjoon said as he and Hoseok ran out of the room, through the hallway and into the living room.

"Yeah, but that dance machine looked so cool, I want to try it!" Hoseok said excitedly as Namjoon nodded his head excitedly. "Me too! I want to read the books so bad and then I want to go on the dance machine and then! AAAH! I can't wait!" He screamed excitedly as he ran into the kitchen.

"That's what happened? Geez, you guys are definitely Dora's little helpers," you said as Hoseok nodded slowly, but proudly.

"We know, we were just so...what's the right word? Um," Hoseok started as Namjoon and you looked over at him. You were all sat on the kitchen table and were eating dinner.

"Great? Good? Cool?" Namjoon suggested as Hoseok shook his head, looking up at the ceiling with a confused look.

"Curious?" You suggested as Hoseok immediately looked at you with a bright smile.

"Yeah! Curious! We were just soooo curious so we said that we would explore a little bit and then we found that room and it looked so cool and I was just so excited and oh my god, THE DANCE MACHINE LOOKED SO COOL!" Hoseok screamed as you and Namjoon laughed, Hoseok smiled as he succeeded to make you both laugh.

"Not too loud Hoseokie, the neighbours might hear you!" You said as Hoseok nodded his head vigorously and started stuffing his mouth with food. You weren't bothered to scold him to not stuff his face like that so you just ate.
