So I've changed a few things and I hope you don't mind but it makes the story make more sense. If you just started reading the story you can ignore this because it's about my first version I guess.
1. They are in college not high school. They're playing at Stanford.
2. Tobin was the only freshman recruited to the D1 team because the roster was basically full. She's the youngest
3. Christen lives in the soccer house, a huge house where all the girls stay. The house isn't ready yet so most girls are staying in a dorm or at home if it's close enough. Her childhood home where she had dinner with her mother is right down the stree
4. Tobin's house that she is temporarily at is her aunts house who lives right near the school but is not home often. Tobin is staying there until she moves into the soccer house after the holidays.
