The Ritual

In the morning we packed up our camp and headed for The Hidden World, with our new friends we got there super quickly. "So where is it" Snotlout said to no one in particular. The new friends just laughed and said "look down" which upon looking down his face went white with fear. There was a giant hole with mist concealing whatever was inside. "Follow us" Dawn said as we all dived through the mist. We came out into a land of color and dragons everywhere "still takes my breath away" I heard Doom say and I agreed with him. We came out into the center chamber and saw the Night Fury and Light Fury leaders, Deadly Nadder leaders, Hideous Zippleback leaders, Gronckle leaders, and Monsters Nightmares leaders. "Ah these are the halflings I presume" said Darkness, current leader of the Night furies. "Indeed" I heard Dawn responded "Do they know of the ritual yet" Sun, leader of the Light Fury said. "No they don't know of it yet" Stormfly said. The gang was visibly confused hearing about this as well as Elite Squad  except me. "What were you guys talking about   just now" Hiccup said wondering what this ritual did. "Sit down and we will tell you" I heard Burner say. "We have recently found a ritual that turns halflings like you more draconian" I heard Dawn say as she took a breath before continuing "This ritual gives you the powers and appearance of two dragons you consider your parents, for the boys they will gain the primary color scheme of their father dragon the secondary color scheme will be of their mother dragon,  for the girls it will be the opposite, it will also replace your biological parents blood with the blood of adopted parents" "so what do we have to do for this ritual" I heard Hiccup say rather eagerly, of course he wasn't the only one as the rest of the gang looked about ready to explode with eagerness. "All we need to do in preparation for the ritual is picking out new names for afterwards as it does not work without a new name, during the ritual you must focus on good memories of your dragon parents" Dawn's instructions were before continuing "just come get us when you are ready to begin the ritual, one more thing it is permanent if done correctly" with that we talked over what their new names would be.

A/N. The halfling ritual goes like this, the halfling stands in the center of a circle with the dragon parents and the dragon species leaders also in the circle. Whatever flame that dragon species has it blows a low steady version of it on the halfling constantly as the halfling focuses on good memories of their dragon parents, after they gain their draconian form they step into a fire as their dragon parents drip a little bit of their blood into the fire. You can tell the ritual works because a red mist comes out of the halfling and whatever color their dragon parents blood is mist flows into the halfling and surrounds them.

Elite Squad had gone to get the wood for the ritual and I could tell that they couldn't wait any longer to become hybrids. Hiccup was decided to go first for the ritual and he, Toothless and Luna went to go find the leaders. A couple seconds later they came back with the leaders "they know what to do right" I heard Darkness say "they all know what to do sir" Dawn replied. Hiccup walked into the circle of night furies and closed his eyes as they all blew steady low powered plasma on him, his auburn hair became black, scales started to cover his body and wings and a tail began to form after a minute of slow transformation he was ready for the second stage of the ritual as he stepped into the fire. I saw Toothless and Dawn bit their tails to draw blood, it hit the fire with a sizzle and the fire changed from yellow to dark purple. A red mist leaked out of Hiccup's body and a dark purple mist surrounded him, when the last of the red mist left Hiccup the dark purple mist rushed into his body. He almost would have collapsed if not for Toothless catching him. "My son you have done well from now on you will know as Duskwings fury" I heard Toothless say to Duskwings. The rest of the gang went through the same ritual Astrid became Sharpshooter Nadder, Snotlout became Firestarter Nightmare, Fishlegs became Rock Crusher Gronkle, Tuffnut became  Rampage Zippleback and Ruffnut became Mayhem Zippleback.
