The court was quiet no murmur from an audience that wasn't there, none from the jury for no one was their either. The only ones there were the judge, a guard, the lawyer and the accused. The lawyer spoke up.

"Izuku do you know the meaning of the rules you have broken?"

"Yes."

A young green and black-haired man with green eyes to match standing at the stand replied.

"Are you going to explain your reasoning for breaking this rule?"

Izuku stayed quiet.

"I see."

The two looked t the judge looking for a reply and those the judge spoke.

"Izuku second in command of the army, the rule you have broken may not be a big once but with your position, we must give a higher degree of punishment do you understand?"

"Yes, sir. I knew of the consequences of breaking the rules when I first registered into the army."

'My body shall perish and my soul shall forever live in limbo.'

Izuku thought.

"Izuku you shall be reborn into the human world where you will protect the new generation of heroes until you die."

"What!?"

Izuku exclaimed confused.

"That mission sir..."

"Yes as you suspect this is the mission you have been aiming for since before you registered."

"W-why?"

"You have protected the angel domain for centuries as a result lost your wings in battle. Did you really think I would allow you to be banished for such a minor rule?"

"My lord... Thank you."

"Now that takes me back when was the last time you called me that?"

"Many decades ago."

"Izuku I will miss you."

The lawyer spoke up.

"Commander..."

"Man, I'm gonna miss your Katsudon."

The guard stated.

"Guys..."

"I can't believe you would go to the human world without permission."

"The second in command could never get permission to leave the angel domain. He was unlucky to be born a combat angel and not a cupid."

"Do I really have to come out of retirement to replace Izuku as second in command?"

The guard and lawyer converse with each other.

"You guys are the worse."

The judge coughed interrupting the three.

"Time is running out Izuku. You will lose all memories of this world until you awaken as an angel."

"Have fun down there."

The commander spoke. A light flashed around Izuku and after he was gone.

"So we're gonna report that his soul has been banished right?"

The lawyer asked.

"Of course."

The judge replied then the guard spoke.

"You did it didn't you sir."

"I kept my promise to you commander."

The judge stated only to have the lawyer reply.

"So you really did give him new wings."

The guard sighed and spoke.

"God has pitied you today Izuku."

"Don't call me that!"

The judge raised his voice exclaiming to the guard.

"Sorry my lord."

He did a dramatic bow causing the judge to sigh.

"What is with you three today?.."

They ignored the judge.

"I wonder what this chapter of his life will be named."

"Guess we'll have to keep an eye on Izuku soul book if we wish to know."

"Ah yes for that commander you are to keep the book away from the eyes of others. We can't have people finding out his soul was reincarnated."

"Understood."

A beautiful woman laid on a hospital bed waiting for a baby. This child was the one she had just given birth to and was away for a cleaning and a check-up. As time grew so did the women's anxiety, she's been waiting for over an hour every time she asked the nurses what was taking so long a nurse would simply reply it takes a while. Over two hours had passed before the doctor had returned with the baby in his hands. As the woman heard its cries she started to tear up. The doctor handed the child to the mother who quickly embraced her child.

"Miss Midoriya I have discovered something concerning."

The mother flinched at the doctor's sentence.

"We discovered some sort of scars on his lower back. We are unsure if this was something that happened in the womb or is a side effect to a quirk. All we can do is see what happens. So if it's okay may we have routine check-ups once a month?"

"Of course. Anything for Izuku."

The woman smiled at her child as the baby slept in her arms.

"Midoriya Izuku is a lovely name miss Midoriya."

I do hope you enjoy it as I have enjoyed writing it.

Sorry to the readers of my other stories I just need a win? I guess I just need a clean start and finish and reboot my brain so I can finish the other two.
