Chapter 5: New Friend

The class was a simple crash course on the school's rules and an explanation on the schedule with the location of classes. After the class it was the school assembly, the class attended it and coincidentally Izuku had sat beside Shinso. He tried to spark a conversation while they waited for the assembly started.

"So have you been in this school since elementary school?"

"No, I joined in middle school."

"Nice nice."

"I didn't even know you existed I knew of the rumours but never the name."

"Hmm, then did you judge Kacchan on those rumours?"

"Bakugo? Nah doing that without any solid proof is too much work."

"Pff too much work. Your cool wanna eat lunch with Kachan and me?"

"S-sure."

The purple-haired boy was shocked by the sudden invite but still accepted the invite. Their situation reminded Shinso of his own. He didn't pity them or anything he just wanted to be friends with the two who had similar stories. The assembly started and Izuku stopped talking paying attention like the principal's speech mattered. It didn't in Shinso eyes it seemed to only be putting pressure on the students. The two-hour assembly ended and the students were finally allowed to go eat. The three had met up Izuku had introduced Shinso to Katsuki who replied with silence, Katsuki walked away with his lunch. Izuku smiled.

"Kacchan likes you! Yay! I wanted to eat with both of you!"

"What you count that as him giving the okay?"
"He didn't say anything against it so yup! You'll get used to the Kacchan language after a while."

"Sure..."

Izuku walked out with Shinso they noticed standing beside the door was Bakugo waiting for the two.

"Slowpokes."

The three walked upstairs getting themselves to the door to the roof.

"Isn't it supposed to be locked?"

"Nah they say that but they just don't want to fix the locks."

Shinso had asked getting a reply from Bakugo who opened the door. Izuku rushed out and spread his wings flapping them a bit making him fly for a second he turned around and waved the two over they looked at each other and walked out. Izuku had collapsed on the ground taking in the sun while Bakugo sat beside him starting to eat. Shinso followed Katsuki's example and sat down and ate his own lunch. He glanced at Izuku who was smiling on the ground enjoying the sun more than someone who would need the sun to use there quirk.

"I love the sun, I love the moon, I love the stars, I love the rain and clouds. I simply enjoy laying in there presence."

Izuku stated sat up staring back at the purple-haired boy who had been given him a confused stare. The boy opened his mouth and gave a reply that the three would quoke for years to come.

"You should do that in the rain you'll catch a cold."

Izuku and Katsuki burst out laughing. Katsuki almost choked on his food while Izuku was wheezing on the ground. Shinso gave Katsuki his water bottle then asked if Izuku was okay. The had taken a few minutes to calm down before they could talk again.

"You're not bad Shinso."

Katsuki giggled out the sentence trying not to start laughing again. Izuku had stopped laughing and started eating, hungry from what had happened. He opened his lunch to find mostly rice.

"So mom really did listen to the doctors."

Izuku sighed as he ate the plain white rice staring at the vegetables and meat from Katsuki and Shinso's meals. Katsuki sighed and gave him some vegetables while Shinso offered some meat.

"You guys are the best!"

Izuku devoured the food and had finished it quickly.

"Shinso can I have your number?"

Katsuki added. "Same." The boy gave them his number while saving their number into his phone as well.

"Izuku, wanna hang after school?"

"Sorry, I got an appointment at the hospital."

"Damn, well hang with me this weekend then you too Shinso."

"Huh? I mean I don't mind."

Shinso replied Izuku nodded as a reply as he checked a text message.

"I can hang on Sunday."

"I'm down.

"I can do Sunday."

"Okay, let's go to the mall then I need to buy some stuff for my room."

"Sure."

Bakugo replied to Izuku while Shinso simply nodded as he finished eating. Izuku checked the time and his jaw dropped. He started cleaning up his stuff removing the evidence. The two gave him a confused look until they heard the warning bell. The two quickly cleaned up with Izuku's help. Carefully they walked down the stairs and reached their seats in time for the final bell. With a minute the teacher walked in and started class. School ended after three classes Bakugo Shinso and Izuku went their separate ways at the gate.

Yes, the school did change. The three are in a private school Katsuki and Izuku had been in it since childhood being the little smarty pants they are.

Katsuki is a good boy. reasons being he didn't have lackeys so he didn't have any friends except for Izuku who had been in a coma causing Katsuki to be on the grumpy and quiet side but still wants to have friends. He's still good at reading people except for when he tries to read Izuku thats a lost cause. He could tell Shinso was a good person and he had never commented on Katsuki joining in on the gossip.
