Kai drives off from campus and makes his way to Port Angeles.

After walking out of the gas station carrying a bag of chips he bumps into someone. "Dude! You dropped my dinner!" Kai glances at the bronze colored eyes of a stranger. Kai frowns at his chips, all of it fell out and onto the dirty cement.
"Who are you?"
"A guy who apparently isn't eating dinner." Not sparing at glance at him once again, Kai walks away and into his ride.
Walking into the bookstore I walk down the aisle of folklore.
Vampires...
I hum as I flip through a book as I try to gain as much information as possible on the creatures. If I'm going to complete my goal I need to know if they are any threats.
Garlic.
Wooden Stake.
Fire.
Sun.
Church.
Holy Water.
"Alright, complete bullshit. Let's see what fiction writers have. " I mumbled tossing the book behind me. I make my way down the aisle when I felt a pair of eyes on me. I slow down, glancing around.
I've grown accustomed to knowing if you feel like you're being watched then you are. Never doubt your gut feeling, ever.
I go behind one of the aisle and see. A pale dude with brown hair. "Hey, you following me?" The guy looks at me and I recognize the bronze colour iris. He shook his head, silent. It was completely quiet as he didn't say anything and just stared at me.
"Okay, chatterbox chill and take a breath. I didn't ask for a life story. " I walk away from him making my way to the fiction section.
I hum as I look for more books on the creatures. Sighing as it was just vampires falling in love with humans and resisting the urge to kill them; tossing the book on the table with the others.
"Alright, let's see where else I can get answers..."
I found an old bookstore that could have my answers unfortunately it was closed today. Groaning I stood up ready to leave as I slide my jacket on.
Walking out I head to my ride and head for somewhere to eat.
"Hi welcome to Friars Fat Boy! May I take your order?"
Kai smiles as he begins his order and pays for it. Grabbing his food he sat down and ate.
Once again he felt a pair of eyes on him, glancing around he spots the same fellow from the gas station and the library. Picking up his tray he sits in front of the boy.
"It's the chatterbox, how you doin'?"
The said boy sat watching him as he took in every feature. Kai takes a bite of his burger as he looks to him. "Since you're going to stalking me I might as well get to know you. So I'll start, I'm Eugene."
Kai watched the kid as he stayed still like stone. Shrugging it off he stuffed fries in his mouth, "I don't know your name and I don't think you know mines so... Waldo. You like a Waldo."
Kai continues to talk to the kid as the boy stayed silent. Once he was done he picked up his trash throwing it away. Throughout the dinner Waldo didn't eat anything infact he barely moved. It didn't bother Kai, from what he concluded this guy was a vampire.
Must be alot of those around these parts.
"Listen Waldo, if you're going to follow me home and watch me sleep be quiet. I'm light sleeper." Kai leaves as Edward watched him as he drove off.
How can that kid be his mate?
