The Black Market was the most dangerous gang in Central City. They were wanted for countless crimes which included theft, robbery, fraud and murder. There were other gangs in Central City as well, but apart from them, the Black Market were the most wanted. The cops have been trying to stop them for months, but haven't been successful. The Black Market was sly, sneaky and smart. They knew how to get out of trouble and how to stay clear of the cops. They had an underground layer, so no one knew where they were hiding. Nobody could find them. Other gangs and crews would be found and get busted by the cops. But not the Black Market. They were cautious, secretive and dangerous.
