One night, Goldface had asked Barry and Iris to rob a store. They were walking back to their car which was parked in a desolated area. They were carrying duffel bags full of money, when someone pulled a gun on them. Give me the money! The perpetrator said as two other gang members came out of the shadows. What the hell Tony? Barry said as he tried to shield Iris. Just give me the money Allen, or I'll tell my guys to shoot. Tony growled as he grabbed one of the duffel bags, while one of his gang members grabbed the other bag. After grabbing the bags, they started running until they disappeared around a corner.
When they got back to the Black Market, Barry and Iris had told Goldface what had happened. Damn it, that Serpent gang. Always stealing our money. This isn't the first time they've stolen from us. Goldface said angrily. Who are the Serpents? Iris asked. They're a rival gang. Always stealing from us. They're like scavengers. Every time a gang steals something, the Serpents steal from that gang. They do rob banks and stores, but they like to steal from other gangs. Sylbert explained.
A memory flashed in Iris's brain. She remembers seeing them when she was still with her old crew. They've even stolen from her crew before. Now she remembers, Tony Woodward, Andy Diggle, Stanley Dover, Jaco Birch, Becky Sharp, Dominic Lanse, Mina Chaytan, and Joslyn Jackam. They were the Serpents. Iris remembers them stealing from her old crew. They've even been in fights with the girls. How she hated Mina and Joslyn. They would hurt and annoy her the most. Mina would give her a black eye, but she would fight back. She remembers the time the Serpent girls almost got Iris's crew arrested. She even remembers how mad her and her crew were.
Maybe there's a chance to stop them and get her revenge. Oh how Iris wanted her revenge. I wish I was still with my old crew, then we would be getting our revenge together. Iris thought before snapping back to reality.
Don't worry, we'll get our revenge and we'll stop them once and for all. Goldface said with a devilish grin.
This was it. This was Iris's chance to get revenge. Not for herself, but for her old crew as well.
