Summer's POV
Ever since I finally came to terms with myself for how much I love Brady, I can't look at him the same. I used to look at him and smile involuntarily; now, when see the person I get to spend my days with, I nearly cry tears of joy, luck, and adoration.
And I can't wait to tell him how I feel, whenever that time may come. I just hope that he feels the same way and can say it back.
We spent the entire morning and early afternoon sightseeing and spending amazing time together. Neither of us have been in this beautiful state before, and we don't want to waste the opportunity and not see all that we can.
By the time we get back to the hotel room from snorkeling, shower, and rush around to get dressed and ready, we're running late for the rehearsal.
I frantically run the straightener over my hair, trying my best to get it done as quickly and efficiently as I can. Doing my makeup took way longer than it should have because Brady kept distracting me by watching me do my work with his piercing blue eyes.
"Hey Brady!" I call out to him from the bathroom. He quickly enters and asks me what I need. "Will you zip up the rest my dress? I couldn't get it all the way," I go back to straightening.
He walks behind me, delicately placing one hand on my back while the other goes to my zipper. He finishes doing what I asked him to, but not before he lowers his head leaves a soft, slow kiss on my neck, causing my entire body to get blanketed by goosebumps.
"You missed a little bit of hair in the back," he points out, still standing behind me.
I put the straightener over my shoulder to give to him. "Will you get it for me?"
He takes it from my hand with nervous eyes. "Sure, but I don't know what the hell I'm doing."
I laugh and make eye contact with him through the mirror. "I have a sneaking suspicion you'll be able to figure it out."
He grabs some of my hair and runs the straightener over it a couple times, handing it back to me when he's done. I turn it off, setting it down on the counter and spinning around to face him.
"How do I look?" I ask him.
He looks me up and down seductively, biting his bottom lip, before lightly shrugging. "Eh," he turns and starts walking out of the bathroom.
I laugh and follow after him, grabbing his arm to stop him. He begins to adorably chuckle and faces me again.
"You look gorgeous. Every guy that passes us is going to do a double take," he kisses me.
"You don't look too bad yourself," I reply as I wipe off the small amount of lipstick that smeared onto his mouth.
"We're so late," he looks at his phone and hurries out of the bathroom.
"Then let's get going!" I lightly spank his butt as he walks away from me to make him hurry up.
He speed walks around the room and grabs everything we need before pulling his phone out again and leading me to the door. "The Uber is here."
We go down the elevator and leave the hotel, meeting our Uber out front. She drives us to the location the wedding will take place tomorrow and we quickly get out after thanking her.
The excitement coursing through me to meet the people Brady has known since he was a child pauses for a moment as I take in the magnificent view of where we are.
Ahead of me, there is a grass-covered cliff onlooking the crystal-blue ocean, a small arch covered in Hawaiian native flowers for the service to take place, and several dark oak chairs lined up to witness the ceremony that is to take place tomorrow.
