"WoHo!" Rei squeals happily into the blue sky as she flys on a body of fire. On a real life Phoenix. Of course people call her a Phoenix, but what she is riding is the version told in myths and fairy tales. It's her animal form, her spirit. Her hands grip the flaming feathers and the big bird beats its wings as they fly over the forest. Soon to be free.

-Kai & Li-
"So... twin?" Kai ponders staring at the boy identical to him.
"I mean you can call me that if you want," Li tells him as the two boys lean against the brick wall on the floor of Li's 'house'.
"But are you my twin? How else could you look so alike to me?" Kai swivels his body so he is facing Li and he frowns as Li smiles.
"There are a few things I can't tell you, Kai. But like I said we lived in a village in the forest, it's burnt to the ground now, but it was a beautiful, happy place where all the Phoenixes lived and if anyone in the Centre happened give birth to a child of Phoenix blood then they would be forced to move to one of the several Phoenix villages. This is because the Centre government didn't know about Phoenixes and everyone knew very well if they found out then well..." Li pauses as if is unable to go on.
"Then this would happen," Kai adds, lifting his muscular arms as to suggest the world.
"Yep." Li nods and watches as Kai sorts it all out in his mind.
"When you were saying about people having baby Phoenixes or whatever. How come you said Phoenixes instead of Phoenix?" Kai asks Li, not entirely sure he will get an answer.
"Like I said, I can't tell you everything just yet."
