Envy was sitting next to Connor when Harry came in to tell Envy that she was stationed to take watch for the first four hours, but he refused to tell her who she was stationed with. Envy brushed it off and rested before she could begin her shift.

"Hey." Envy said to Harry that evening when she spotted him as she slipped through the tent flaps. "How are you doing?"

"I'm doing brilliant. Just absolutely brilliant." Envy could hear the venom dripping from his words and she decided to keep quiet. She sat down on a tree trunk she found and stared off into the distance. She could feel the awkwardness between them. Harry didn't even glance in her way, which she was grateful for. She took a deep breath in before facing Harry, even though he wasn't looking at her, she knew he wanted to.

"The time turner, Hermione's time turner. The one Professor McGonagall gave her." Harry looked at Envy. He looked confused.

"What about it?"

"I told you, you shouldn't trust everyone so blindly, it may cost you your life."

Sirius could feel it, he could see it, he could sense it. The awkwardness at the fireplace. Envy sat with Connor, although she was very uncomfortable. He could see it in her eyes and in her limited movements. Harry sat with Ron and Hermione but he too was uncomfortable.

"Do you think it's safe? To go back to Hogwarts?" Connor whispered to Envy. She looked him in the eye, hoping he saw that she didn't want to talk to him, or to anyone. She wanted to be left alone but she didn't want to be alone.

"I don't know. One of us here at camp should go check." Envy said, not bothering to whisper. She could feel everyone's eyes on her and she tried to shake the uncomfortable feeling away but it lingered. She then met Harry's eyes, who quickly averted his eyes and looked at Sirius instead.

"I'll go check if it's safe." Sirius offered and stood up. Envy shot up, nearly making Connor collapse off the log they sat on. Again, everyone looked at her and she swallowed hard.

"I'm coming with." Sirius then shook his head, opening his mouth to speak but the Ravenclaw gave him no chance to argue as she stomped past him and grabbed him by the arm.

They walked like that in silence. Envy had her arms crossed over her chest and Sirius kicked twigs and sticks, Envy cracked a smile at him. "If you wanted to play fetch, you just could've said so."

Sirius then glared at her, but Envy only smirked. He then shook his head and decided to keep quiet, as he had no idea how to reply to what she just said. He didn't really find it offensive, he has heard and has dealt with worse.

The moon was out and Sirius looked at it, as though it reminded him of someone. Envy noted that, his eyes held longing. He then averted his attention to Envy. "What's with you and Harry? Being all awkward?"

Envy sighed. She knew the question was coming sooner or later, whether it was from Sirius or Connor, she knew some was going to ask her. She looked him in his brown eyes and weakly smiled. "He confuses me. I mean, he likes someone else, I'm in love with someone else and I really love the person I'm with." She sighed again. "But with Harry...it's different. It's a war in both my mind and heart, a war that can't be silenced, a war I know I have to fight sooner or later. He confuses me...a lot. I feel like myself when I'm around him, I feel comfortable, I feel as though I can tell him everything." She stopped talking to look at the stars above them. "Last night, it took everything in my will power to not just smash my lips against his and never let go."

"That's a really vivid explanation." Sirius said as he cleared his throat. "You should follow your heart, it will never lead you astray." He smiled at her and she smiled back. "Now the question is, what does your heart want?"

"That's the most tricky thing. I don't know."

"That really tricky indeed. Anyway, I don't see any Deatheaters here or any thing that could pose as a possible threat." Sirius said, scanning the Hogwarts Castle with quick eyes and scanned the perimeter.

"It's quiet. Too quiet." Envy said and Sirius nodded. It was quiet, pain strikingly quiet. Envy didn't like it, it set her on edge and she pulled her wand. She saw Sirius do the same although he was wasn't on edge like she was. She thought it was maybe because she knew of things he knew nothing of.

"Oh, McGonagall. We just wanted to make sure the school is safe enough for the students to return." Envy turned around to see Professor McGonagall standing before Sirius. She watched as she reached into her cloak.

"Sirius watch out!" Envy yelled, pushing him out of the way just in time but the spell hit her instead and she doubled over in pain. It felt as though her entire body was being stabbed with swords and she let out a blood curling scream before black spots invaded her eyesight and she slipped into the darkness.
