Klaassen krijgt de bal van Linde. Ze rent naar de zijlijn en ze wordt onder uit gehaald door Jess Glynn..
Daar ligt ze.

Secondes leken op uren te lijken... Scarlett lag lang onder uit.

Het hele stadium was stil. Je kon een clip horen vallen. Zo stil. Niemand durfde wat te zeggen.

Medisch staff rende ondertussen snel op het veld. Haar pols werd gecheckt..

De staff medewerkers keken elkaar aan. Ze was er nog. Gelukkig.

Ze bewoog. Ondertussen werd ze van het veld af gedragen.

~2 dagen later~

De wedstrijd werd gecanceld. Iedereen was in shock.

De enige keer dat ze er bij was was de keer op het veld, verder had ze nog niet bewogen of gereageerd.

De klap die ze kreeg zou volgens doctoren fataal kunnen zijn. Familie en vrienden waren allemaal in het ziekenhuis, hopend dat ze nog bij komt.

Doctors aren't sure if she will make it. Her condition is still critical.
On Twitter, the #prayforScarlett got trending in several countries. Players of her own club and the national team are supporting her family in this difficult time.

The family didn't make a statement yet, about what has happened. The England bond did make a statement. And Jess Glynn made a statement.

'I've never intended to go as harsh as I went. I don't know if I will ever forgive myself if this ends bad. I want to send my prayers to her family and the dutch fans and her friends. I can't imagine what they are going through. I'm so sorry of what has happened.'

A lot of Klaassen's her teammates shared a lot of pictures with her. The Ajax team also posted a picture with her. Her brother is professional soccer player Davy Klaassen.

Ajax CEO Van Der Sar(played for Man United) said that Davy had a hard time dealing with this. And the team itself find it also hard because they all were close with her. She was more than just the sister, she is smart and really funny and strong. She won't give up and say it's okay if she didn't feel like it was. We hope she will get back. And if she will be back, she will be stronger than ever.'

Davey's teammates Matthijs De Ligt and Kasper Dolberg and Frenkie de Jong posted on Instagram a picture of her.

Klaassen was romantically linked to Kasper Dolberg.
