I wrestle as Jon Moxley now, on the contrary to Dean Ambrose. While Dean was a good name, I didn't make them buy my contract. I just left and signed with AEW.
...
I've just finished a match against Rhodes when the lights dim. I'm thinking Jericho's got some scheme to attack me again, but I don't recognize the song that plays through the speakers. Well, I recognize it, it's "Kill Everyone" (Hollywood Undead), but no one has that as their theme.
Suddenly, a group of people hop the barricade and circle the ring with weapons in hand. It's a group of what looks to be three dudes and three chicks, all they're all wearing jumpsuits and masks. Wait a minute, I know that red hair...
It takes a matter of seconds for all hell to break loose. The biggest of them comes into the ring and attacks Cody while the rest fight the superstars, male and female, that flood in from backstage. I don't get up and fight, but instead watch them annihilate our entire roster. Hey, fuck off I just broke my damn body.
It's all over in five minutes. AEW's been laid out all over ringside and the stage. I'm the only one from our roster who seems to still be conscious, and they noticed quickly. I try to back away, but they've got me surrounded again.
One of the guys rolls into the ring, and I recognize him immediately, mask or not. I teamed with him and wrestled him for years... and he confirms my thoughts with sticking his fist out; The Shield Fist. I return it, and the other guys get in and join in.
They take off their masks one by one, starting with Seth. Then the second guy takes off his to reveal Finn. Then the girls: Becky, Alexa, and Bayley. Finally, there's just one person left, and he grabs a microphone.
He takes off his mask, revealing Caleb Quantum. We used to hang out back when he first signed, but we eventually grew apart. We don't get along nowadays, but I'm not exactly gonna talk shit when they've got me surrounded. He says, "We. Are. Genocide."
Then they turn to Cody, who's returning to the world. He looks up and I notice the camera pan away when he swears. Seth hands me a chair and motions towards Cody. If I do this, I'm fired.
Welp, so long AEW.
