-Alexa's P.O.V.-
"Hey Alexa."
Ever since I heard that Caleb was coming to Raw, I wanted to see him. We were really good friends even before he got to NXT (I kinda dated one of his best friends, Tara), so of course we needed to do some catching up.
Unfortunately, I just missed him before his match, so I had to wait until things settled down afterwards. Finally, I found him with his partners in crime. Becky and Seth, the awkward lovers, were arguing while Caleb just kind of zoned out. Our eyes locked as I made my way towards him, and I had to admit that smiled. He hasn't changed a bit.
"How have you been holding up here on Raw?" He asks, taking a sip from his bottle of water. If I had to be truthful, my answer would be not great. Murphy and I have been done for a month now, but I'm still not used to not having him around.
"It's been alright, I guess. Boring more than anything... I missed you."
"How's Murphy doing?"
"I don't know, we split little while back."
Caleb sighs and finishes his water. I can sense that he feels bad about it, even though he knows that none of it was his fault. Murphy and I just... fell apart. Well no, Murphy cheated, but that did lead to the falling apart.
"You doin' anything tomorrow?" He asks, finishing up the last bits of what was once a salad. I take a moment to rack my brain for any possible plans, but nothing in particular sticks out. I shake my head, and he smiles.
With a pat on the shoulder, he says, "How about we gets us some coffee, then? My treat."
"Oh, Caleb. You don't have to-"
"You're right; I don't. But I want to. 10:00 AM sharp, Starbucks. Be there or be square."
"Alright, fine. See you then, Caleb."
"Nice. Now to go get hammered. See ya, Alexa." He goes to dig back into his salad only to find that it's empty. After chucking it into the trash, he walks off mumbling about how no one makes food his size.
It's good to have him back.
