Lucy POV
Nik was laying in the bed still in pain from last night. Kol and Elijah stood beside me.
"This was all his doing." Elijah said.
Kol began to laugh. "What did you think he would do? He found out Rebekah sold us out to father."
"If he just, let her be it wouldn't happen." I said.
A blonde girl came into the room. "Who's that?" I asked.
"Camille." Elijah said gesturing for her to come over to us.
"Did you find a way to help my uncle?" She asked.
"I can help, but I need a favor." Elijah said.
"I dorm have time. The hex on my uncle is getting worse. I don't have time for games" She said.
"My brother has a magical tour tyre device in his chest and the mother of his child had gone missing, as you can see I have to time for games either." Elijah said.
"What do I have to do?" She sighed.
"Stay here with Luc and be on Nik watch." Kol said.
Cami looked over at me. "Hi." She said.
I smiled and waved back at her.
"See you two soon." Elijah said walking out.
Kol smirked at me before following Elijah out.
"Come on let's go." I told Cami leading her up to Nik's room.
"A magical dagger is in his chest?" Cami asked.
I nodded. "And every second it stays in him he lays in agony."
I rolled up my sleeve picking up a scalpel.
"Who did this to him?" Cami asked.
"Elijah." I mumbled. "I plan to remove it."
"Why?" Cami asked.
"He saved my life last night. You might want to look away." I said.
I used to scalpel to cut along the red scar on his chest and then I plunged my hand in his chest. I reached around feeling for the dagger and finally found it. I pulled it out as Nik screamed in agony.
"Wonderful." I said inspecting the dagger. "Nik will be weak when he wakes up and if you will be so kind to allow him to feed off your wrist." I said to Cami.
"Don't you guys have blood bags?" She asked.
"We do but, your blood as vervain so he will take it slower and not allow him to go on a murderous rampage." I said.
"How do you know?" She asked.
"I can smell it on you." I said giving her a duh look.

I was leaning against the wall waiting for Nik to wake up. Cami was sitting in a chair at the edge of his bed.
"What brings you into the word of the supernatural?" I asked her.
Cami sighed. "I wanted to find out more about my brothers death and turns out a witch killed him."
"I'm sorry." I mumbled as Nik slowly woke up.
Cami looked at him, "Things I thought I would never do, offering to feed a vampire." She said giving him her wrist.
Nik took her wrist and bit into it.
"Slow down." I told Nik pulling him off of her.
Nik looked up at me, "How are you feeling?" He asked.
"Fine." I mumbled.
"Did you hear what Rebekah did?" He asked.
"She's your sister. How can you hate her?" Cami said cutting in.
Nik looked at Cami, "Because she could do that non other could manage to do in 1,000 years...rip my heart out."
"Nik stop being full over yourself." I mumbled.
Nik smirked at me. "Turns out they already betrayed me and brought my father into town." He told Cami.
Nik turned back to me. "Remember him Lucy? The man that killed you."
Cami looked at me. "Back from the dead." I shrugged.
"Oh." Cami mumbled.
Nik smirked. "Yes. Oh"
"So, you're consumed by revenge you'll never achieve. Elijah implied Rebekah and Marcel could be anywhere in the world by now." Cami said.
"I'm not so sure." Nik said. "They need a cloaking spell, and for that they need a witch. There's only one place they can go home."
"Niklaus if you even think of killing your sister I'll kill you myself." I mumbled.
Nik tried to stand up but fell Cami caught him in time before he fell.
"You're still weak." She said.
"I'm still hungry." He mumbled.
"There's blood in the kitchen. Cami get it for him." I said.
Cami left leaving Nik and I. He got out again and walked over to me.
"What?" I asked.
He was inches from my face. "You stayed."
"Elijah told me to make sure you don't kill your sister." I said.
Nik glared at me. "Don't talk about Elijah to me.
"Shut up he loves you." I said.
"He does, he shows it when my father tries to kill me." Nik said.
Nik's phone vibrated. He checked it and smiled. "My sister and her lover has been spotted in town."
"Don't do anything stupid." I mumbled.
I watched him walk over to a statue and knock it over.
"That was pretty." I mumbled.
He bent down and rummaged threw the pieces until he held up a stake. "Is that white oak?" I asked.
"My own special version. And, unlike my father's, this one cannot be destroyed." He said running out of the room.
************************
I followed him out of the house and saw him feeding on a man.
"What are you doing?" I asked him.
"Have you not been listening. I'm going to kill my sister." He said.
"After all you done to me I wanted to kill you so bad. But I weighed my options and decided to see the good in you, it was hard considering you barely have any. If I would have hurt you I would have been filled with regret. You will to if you hurt your sister. Take it from somebody who lost somebody they loved very much...you. You won't survive if you kill her." I said.
"My sister is the most vile being that ever walked this earth and I'm going to end her." He said.
"By hunting Marcel and Rebekah down to the ends of the earth you will be just like your father." I said.
"That's new. I've been called every shade of a monster but, my father." He said. "Let me show you." He said.
He walked me down the street until we stopped at an old opera house.
"Let me tell you what happened here in 1919. It happened just before I met you. Rebekah, Marcel, Elijah and I were going to a show. Marcel didn't show up so Rebekah went to look for him. Once she was gone my father showed up. And the show it was. Mikael compelled the audience to watch it all, applaud as if it were the drollest of comedies, and then to leave celebrating a terrific night at the opera. I tried to save Marcel. My father had other ideas. Rebekah attempted to intervene. All these years, I actually believed she was trying to save me. But then big brother swooped in. Just when we thought all was lost. And so I ran, beaten like the dog my father believed me to be And as we fled for our lives, he burnt it all to the ground. I lived, but all that we had built died, as did the last shred of me that felt human. That is what my father took from me that night. I assure you, Lucy, I will not terrorize my sister and her lover for centuries. Nor will I humiliate and torment or dehumanize them. No, none of that. I will simply and quickly end them." Nik said before running off.
I followed Nik back to the cemetery where Nik, Elijah, Rebekah, and Kol were all standing ready to fight.
"Okay enough!" I said walking in between the group of Mikaelsons.
"Leave us now." Elijah told me.
"I don't think so." I said. "You guys are more fucked up then my family."
"Rebekah leave now." I told her.
"I can't I'm stuck here Klaus had the stake!" Rebekah yelled.
"I brought it for you sister." Nik smirked.
"Leave Rebekah." Elijah told her.
Rebekah ran off. "I'm asking for you to stop this." Kol said to Elijah.
"Why are you siding with her?" Kol asked.
"I'm not chisinau sides but I'm not going to allow you to hurt our sister." Kol said.
"How long do you think you can defend her?" Nik asked. He turned around and ran off.
Elijah and Kol stopped him. "As long as it takes." Elijah said.
