Finding Our Way (part two of Love is in the Air)

It had been five months since the incident with Jens mom coming to visit both girls. They never talked to Caleb and he avoided Ezio while flirting with Jen more and more now. Jen tried to avoid but he always caught her off guard. One day the students in student council started to put up signs for the winter ball. Caleb didn't want to miss his chance. He walked up to Jen one morning and got down on one knee holding roses up to her. "Will you go with me to the winter ball?" he asked. All he got in return was a really loud laugh and a huge no!

Jen walked to class as Ezio followed holding purple roses behind her back. She grabbed Jen's hand and pulled her into the janitor closet. She kissed Jen lustfully and smiled s she pulled away. "Will you go to the winter ball with me Jenny?" Ezio asked. Jen nodded happily as she kissed Ezio. "Yes I was waiting for you to ask me!" she screamed happily. Edit smiled as she kissed Jen forcefully and pulled her closer to her by the waist. She ran her hands down Jens body as a moan escaped Jen's mouth.  Ezio smiled as she slipped her hand into Jen's pants. "Mmm E-ezio" she moaned as radio kissed her still while she started to rub Jen. Jen moaned even more in pure pleasure as she tilted her head back. Ezio then slipped a finger in Jen as Jen moaned more. "We'll finish this tonight after we go shopping. I promise" Ezio said as she smirked taking her hand out of Jens pants.

Jen nodded as they both came out of the closet. Caleb stood from afar watching them as they came out. He sighed softly in anger as he stomped on to his math class.

While in class Jen kept on teasing Ezio. She swayed her hips so that she knew it would catch Ezios attention. She brushed Ezios inner thigh softly as she traced up and down. Soon she got Ezio to moan softly but stopped right after. Jen smirked as she sat in her desk as Ezio glared at her. "you'll pay for that sweetie." ezio mouthed to Jen. "I know" Jen said back as she smirked and turned around listening to the teacher speak.

Jen walked to all of her classes with  he roses in her hand. She couldn't seem to stop smiling for the day. As she turned the corner she saw Caleb there. She slowly backed up but before she could he started running towards her. "Ever since that girl showed up you blew me off. Why is that?" he asked angrily. Jen looked at him,"cuz I love her not you Caleb." Caleb growled when he heard Jen say that. He stepped right in front of her and slapped her across the face. Jen whimpered as her face stung.

Caleb then grabbed Jen by the arm dragging her out of the school to the field. While doing so he had his hand covering her mouth as she squirmed and screamed. Just as they left the building Ezio came out of the classroom looking around for Jen. She started to get worried but as she walked to were Jen was standing last. She smelt something other than Jens perfume.....it was calebs cologne. She growled in anger as she ; he  where.they were. She ran to the field and saw them both. Caleb was holding Jen against his chest as Jen was crying when she saw Ezio.

"Let her go Caleb please?"Rezko begged as she could see the hurt in her girl friends eyes. Caleb smirked as he watched Ezio. He then slowly took a gun out from his pocket and held it up to Jen's head.  Jen screamed in his hand as she looked at Ezio more scared then ever. "Cake n please let her go!?!" Rezko screamed scared to death. Just as he cocked the gun putting the bullet in place the teachers started to come out of the classroom as the police came out also.

"Son put the gun down please." one of the officers said. Caleb refused and pushed the barrel of the gun right against Jens head. She screeched softly as she was crying even more. The officers saw this and spoke softly"We have trained officers that will take you down with one bullet son. Let the girl go and we won't shoot." Caleb realized what was happened he was about to pull the trigger when he heard someone else's gun go off as he was hit in the arm. He was still holding on the gun as it went to Jen's side and he pulled the trigger. Caleb grabbed his arm after shooting letting Jen fall to the ground. Jen screamed in great pain as she fell to the floor, blood drenching her side. The officers saw this and were about to grab Jen when Caleb held the gun up again. The officer shot at his head and he fell to the floor immediately. Ezio ran to Jen and pulled her into her lap. "Help please" she stated.

The ambulance came as they took Jen and Ezio to the hospital. They contacted Ezios dad also.

Ezio's point of view

Once we got in the ambulance they started putting ivs in her as the checked her pulse and breathing. Then something I feared happened the minister started beeping like crazy and i started to freak out. I watched as they made the machine stop. Once we arrived at the hospital they quickly took her. They put her on the bed again and started to roll her to the emergency room. Once I was in the lobby they wouldn't let me any far. One of the officers that followed behind us sat me down on the chair and started to ask me why this happened and stuff. I answered all his questions and he soon left. A few minutes later my dad walked in.

He looked frantic and scared as his eyes were red probably from crying in the car. He walked towards me as my eyes were red also. He opened his arms and I went into them burying my head in his chest. I cried even more as he held me. "What happened?" He asked as he realized I had calmed down. "She was shot on. her side by Caleb." I said I looked up at my dad and he looked like he was about to cry again.

He sniffled holding back the tears. Him and Jen had gotten close the past four years. She was like the daughter he never had. He took her shopping and both of us out to dinner on weekends. My dad loved shopping and It made him happy that Jen liked to also. I was not a fan of shopping so I let then have their fun.

As three hours passed the doctor finally came out. He walked to where we were and I jumped up. "Is she ok?" I practically yelled. He took his mask off and nodded. "She's awake and can go home soon but she will not be able to pe for a while until she gains her strength back. I  pushed past the doctor as she ran to he room. "She's a fighter...we thought we were gonna loose her." tho doctor admitted. My father nodded as he hugged the doctor tightly and ran to the room.

He smiled when he saw me at the edge of the bed kissing Jen. She was smiling and giggling but I could tell it her a little. "You ok?" I asked cooing to her. She nodded and said yes. After an hour she was cleared to go. I helped her up and we walked to the car hand in hand. When we got in I put her on my lap and stroked her hair as we both fell asleep.

When we got my dad woke us up. I lightly shook Jen and she looked at me with  those cute puppy eyes. I smiled and picked her up once more as I carried her to our room. I laid her on the bed and she curled into the blankets. I walked down stairs to make tea and when I came back up she was asleep. I smiled drank my tea and cuddled with her as we slept through the night.
