Finding Our Way (part two of Love is in the Air)

chapter 6

It was the day right before the ball, and everyone was either chatting about the new student who would arrive or the ball. Jen started to get worried as she had a feeling that Ezio might slip away from her this time. Jen could not imagine living without Ezio. As the two arrived at school Ezio noticed Jen was acting a little strange. "You okay?"Ezio asked. Jen looked at her and nodded as she gave a fake smile. Ezio could tell it was fake but pushed it off anyway.

When the pair arrived to their first class of the day they sat in their regular seats. For some reason they liked the back. It was quiet and they both could focus or mess around. As they sat in the classroom everyone realized their teacher wasn't in the room and we all waited quietly. Ten minutes after waiting the teacher finally came in followed by a girl.

Jen's point of view

As the girl walked I couldn't help but feel a little jealous. She was pretty, but not as pretty as I thought Ezio was. I didn't think she'd b staring so I looked away from the New girl and saw Ezio staring right at her. I made a low growling noise as I watched my girl friend stare at the stranger. "Class this is Emily,"the teacher said. Everyone smiled and nodded towards her as well as Ezio. The girl started to make her way towards the back I growled even more. She wore a short skirt as I watched Ezio stare at her legs.

When Emily Sat I could feel myself burning up. Ezio was mine and only mine. 'How could she stare at someone else when I am hers and she is mine' i thought to myself as I teared up and sniffles. I guess Ezio heard me and whipped around. She looked at me concerned but I turned my head and laid it on the desk looking out the window. I didn't want to cry in front of her.

Once class had finished I quickly walked out. I ran to the janitors close and saw that my makeup was smeared and my eyes were red. Just as I finished fixing my makeup I heard a familiar voice. "So your not straight?" the other person said. "No I'm not" I recognized the voice, it was Ezio. "But I have a girlfriend" Ezio said, I couldn't help but smile. "She doesn't have to know bout this" I heard Emily and that was all I had to hear before swinging open the door of the closet. All I did was stare at Ezio before I ran out crying. I ran out the building of the school and ran towards home. I ran straight through the door and slammed it hard as I sat against the door.

Just then Ezios father ran straight into the hallway. "Jenny what's wring sweet heart?" I couldn't speak. I felt the wind got knocked out of me. I sighed trying to calm down. After ten minutes I calmed down and Ezios dad had brought me to the living room. "Tell me what's wrong dear." he said. I stared at him as he looked at the pain in my eyes.Every time I looked at him I saw Ezio and I felt my heart break each second I talked to him. I told him everything from going to class to them talking by the closet and where I am now. He nodded as I finished and said I could go up to the room.

Ezio's dad's point of view

I heard the door slam and saw Jen sitting on the floor balling her eyes out. I felt so bad she was like a daughter to me. Her eyes were red and her makeup was smearing every where. She looked like a mess. I helped her up and brought her to the living room. I sat her down and I asked her what happened. She told me everything and I knew now why she was crying. As I talked to her I knew I reminded her of Ezio. Every time she looked or talked I could feel her heart breaking each time. I couldn't stand to watch this and I knew she couldn't stand talking so I let her go up to her room.

A few minutes later I heard the door close. I knew it was Ezio and I  aired.for her to walk in the living room. She looked fine as she walked in but she smelt different as though she was spraying a different perfume. I then went through y2k memory as I heard myself growl softly. 'I swear to God if my daughter cheated I will kill her.' I thought. "What the hell were you thinking?! Drooling over another girl?! She loves you Dammit and you were staring st someone else!!" I yelled at her.

She was surprised at me yelling. "The last time I yelled was at the funeral because I was upset that I was at a meeting in a different star that week. I knew Jen was hurting though. As I looked at my daughter I could see guilt and sadness in her eyes. She looked at me and was about to go up stairs when i grabbed her arm and pulled her back,"if you go up there you better have a good excise as to why you smell like someone else and why you with that other girl."

She nodded softly and sighed."Emily tried to kiss me...and I pushed her off once she put her lips on mine. She stated as I looked at her shocked and shameful.

As Ezio entered the room she saw Jen asleep on the bed. She was curled up in blankets as her head was buried in the pillow. As the door opened more and creaked, she shot up from sleep. She looked at me Ezio as Ezio could.see the heart in Jens eyes. She glared at Ezio as Jen could smell Emily's perfume. "You have a nice make out session?" Jen asked sarcastically. Ezio looked at Jen "I pushed her off once she was on me."

Jen didn't say anything as she teared up. She looked down as Ezio walked to the bed. "What did you do?" Jen asked soft enough for Ezio to hear. "She kissed me and I pulled away." that was brought o hear from Ezio, Jen thought. Jen got up and walked straight to the bathroom. She sat against the door as she locked it. She looked in the mirror. 'I'm not pretty' she said as she looked at all the medications on the shelf. She grabbed three bottles that she knew would do the trick and opened the caps. Ezio heard her twisting the bottles as her eyes flew wide open. 'It's not time for her to take her meds' Ezio slammed on the door terrified as she knew what Jen was thinking. "Jen please sweet heart nothing happened I pulled away as soon as she touched me. Don't do what you are planning to,"but it was too late, Jen took the meds and in seconds she fell to the floor unconscious.

Rezko heard as she screamed for her dad. He ran in his eyes red as she approached  his daughter. "Open the door" Ezio screamed at him. He opened the door and Ezio screamed as she saw Jen on the floor. She was still alive! Her dad called the neighbor as Jen lay unconscious still. Ezio cried' this is all my fault' she thought to herself. They took Jen to the neighbors and he soon got ivs and fluids into her body to push out the medications. After an hour Jen got up to  a crying Ezio and a sleeping dad. Ezio grabbed Jens hand tightly. "I will never leave your side next time I promise okay?" Ezio said while crying. Jen was so happy as Ezio held her hand and said those words. She smiled  Ezio leaned down and both kissed each other with passion and lust and one more thing...love!

After they went home they both took a shower together. After the shower Jen threw on a pantie and bra and went to bed as Ezio wore a sweater and and shorts. They cuddled in the bed and kissed for a while until Jen fell asleep in Ezios arms and ezio soon fell asleep after.
