Did you know Ernest Hemingway once held the record for writing the shortest short story ever? Word for word, the story was: "for sale: baby shoes, never worn." It included both characters (the baby, person selling the shoes) and a conflict (never worn), though it's debatable whether or not it counts as a real short story.
Anyhow, your challenge for today: in under ten words, create a short story!
If you're up for the challenge, feel free to turn it into a 'series' of short stories. Remember to include both a character (can be implied) and a conflict.
