Fear

Gone

This is my first warning you are not safe, nor do you have much time, I will come for you and you will FEAR me.

Tick.....tock!

Blinding light slid though the wonky wooden shutters. I rolled out of bed and collapsed face first on the hard floor. Then reluctantly pushed my self up and got dressed then climbed down from the attic room that me and my sister shared. It was still very early, the sky a flat grey and everything was dim. I don't know what other places call this time of day but we call it twilight. When I reached the kitchen some seconds later I saw my sister sitting at the table eating her breakfast."Mummy and Daddy have gone to work early" she said looking up briefly, I only nodded in response it wasn't unusual seeing that people had been disappearing for a while. Okay WOW we had a lot of problems there! "Are you going?"she asked looking up at me as I walked towards the door."yeah sorry!" I answered"it's okay, I understand." My sister name was or is Filia, she was only seven even though she acted twice her age. She was one of the very few people with blond hair and hazel eyes from people moving from the next town over, which didn't happen much.
She was very nice and I did feel bad about leaving her by herself but I still left opening the door to the dull streets.

Me,Will and Faith were visiting our friend ,who had a cold so could not leave her home, to tell her what happened last night in the forest. When we got there Persephone ,our friend, was sitting in a old dusty chair waiting for our visit. "Are you feeling any better?" Faith asked as we walked over and sat next to her. "Yes, I should be able to come out tomorrow." She replied excited to get out after being inside all week.

I returned home at around lunch time after we had explained what happened the previous day. She agreed that we shouldn't tell anyone about it because it would start a panic and we would get in trouble. After that we all had a perfectly normal day and I was going home to check my sister was ok.

The door creaked when I pushed it open, on the table I saw a note from Filia that read ' I'm going to my friend's house see you later' I put the note down and continue my day as usual waiting for the day to end.

When I next open my eyes there was a blur of gray-brown darkness, I lifted my head and for a second my vision was covered in small fuzzy lights. When it cleared I looked out the window, it was late. I got up and went to look for Filia but she wasn't home she should of been but she was gone
