I fixed my hair and looked at myself in the mirror. I was wearing: I smiled because the one thing I was pro at was dressing. I always outshined Stacey in any trashy attire she had on and we both have wealthy parents. But she is garbage so I guess the clothes fit her nasty ego. I never called Daniel back last night. I feel kind of bad. I pressed 2 on my speed dial and waited for him to pick up. He answered on the third ring.
"Finally someone decides to call their boyfriend I see. You left me last night and pulled that pillow on me again." I heard his soft laugh.
"I know you called but my mom was talking to me so you know how that goes. The pillow trick always worked on you. It just doesn't work as much anymore." I looked at myself again in the mirror looking at my curves.
"What you doing?" Diggy asked.
"I'm about to go to the airport and pickup my cousin." I held the phone with my shoulder as I fixed my skirt.
"You don't sound enthusiastic babe. That's family you should be happy. I would love to meet this cousin though." I scrunched my eyebrows and took hold of the phone again.
"No! I don't want that man stealing trick around you. You mine okay? If she ever tries to pull something on you; you better let me know because somebody about to get beat!" I raised my voice at Diggy.
"I know I'm yours." I heard someone open the door and Diggy said alright "Look babe I have to go. I got to go to my Uncle's office soon. But before I go tell me that your mine." His soft voice came out making me calm down.
"I'm yours and I love you." A smile started to spread across my face making me forget about Stacey.
"I love to hear that and that's all that matters. I love you too and by the way you look beautiful today." He compliments and affection are the best.
"Thank you handsome." I picked up my purse.
"Alright I'll see you soon." Diggy gave me phone kisses and hung up. I put my phone in my purse and went downstairs. My mom fixed her hair in the hall mirror while my dad ate the last bit of his bagel.
"You look beautiful as usual angel." My dad smiled and wiped his hands on a napkin.
"Thanks Daddy." I reached into the cupboard and grabbed a strawberry pop tart.
I think my dad is the most understanding between my mom and him. No matter what I do wrong or how bad it was he always listened to my side of the story before yelling at me. He always sides with me actually and tell me ways I can improve myself along with behavior. He doesn't ALWAYS like Daniel but he knows he comes from a good place and he accepts him unlike my mom. I opened the pop tart and took a bite. My mom looked at me.
"No Laurie you should have just left that closed we're eating out for breakfast so put it back." She drew near.
"Let her keep it Charlotte; you know she hasn't ate yet. I don't want her to be starving." My dad looked at me and I did a puppy face towards my mom. She smiled and shooed me away.
"Alright guys we have to go." My dad got up from the table.
I rolled my eyes and headed for the door. I breathed in the fresh air as I opened the door. I walked outside and went to the end of the driveway. JoJo past by in his beamer and honked at me. I waved and nodded my head to the bumping music. Just as I was about to head to the SUV Diggy drove slowly by and rolled down the passenger window just so I could see him. He blew me a kiss and motioned me to turn around. I showed him my outfit and he did thumbs up. I walked over to the driver side and he rolled down his window. I kissed him and went back on my driveway. He winked and drove off blasting his music.

I got in the SUV and waited for my parents to come. My dad started the truck as my mom locked up the house. I still didn't understand why Stacey had to stay with us when she was moving out here anyway. We headed towards the airport. There was so much traffic in that area it was like we would be sitting in the car for days. We parked and walked towards gate 14a. My stomach churned as I recognized her. She wore a mini skirt and some type of tank top that revealed a little bit of her boobs. I scowled as she came near.
"Uncle George, Aunt Charlotte!" She yelled.
Stacey; my horrible cousin has finally arrived. She made eye contact with me and I gave her an evil glare. She smiled showing all her teeth.
"Your not going to say hi?" My mom asked.
"Hey Stacey." I said as I looked at the time on my phone.
"Hello Lauren." Stacey greeted back.
I rolled my eyes as my dad grabbed her luggage.
"You know you excited to see me so why you acting like that?" Stacey nudged me.
"You know I never liked you because you trifling." I said annoyed.
"You still mad because I kissed your boo? He wasn't that much good of a kisser anyway." She laughed.
I rolled my eyes and walked along side my dad to the car.
"I know your cousin is a handful but be strong." He whispered.
I smiled. My dad had been through this before with a couple of his friends and even a cousin of his. So he knew what Stacey was about. He opened the trunk and placed her luggage inside. Stacey got inside the trunk and gave me this annoying smile. She gets on my nerves so bad.

After a long lecture with my uncle, I finally had some free time. I continued shopping for Laurie's present. We've been together for a while. We were supposed to have a 3 month anniversary but Laurie figured it was too ordinary so we decided to do one now. Our anniversary is on Friday and I wanted it to be perfect.

Breakfast was super irritating. Stacey rambled on about having all these Designer clothes and going to Paris. I really didn't care to hear but my mom forced me to listen. When we got home, I headed straight to my room. I could hear Stacey's loud mouth as she and my mom walked down the hall to one of the guest bedroom. I called Tasha.
"Tasha guess who finally came out here." I said.
"Who?" She asked.
"Stacey." I laid on the bed.
"That's nasty. How long you dealing with that Hot mess of a girl?" Tasha insulted.
"Long enough for me to wound up punching her in her throat." I rolled onto my stomach.
"Well don't worry about her. The important think to worry about is you're anniversary and what you going to wear." She changed the subject.
"A red dress." I smiled.
"Sounds cute but what about the location?" Tasha questioned.
"I don't know yet. It's a surprise I guess." I smiled.
"AWW! I love that. 2 days away girl! ...Hey let me call you back some fool throwing rocks at my window." I heard Tasha get up.
"That fool is Christian." My smiled faded.
"Or Jordan." She added.
"Well call me later." I said.
"I will." She hung up.
Only thing that made me happy at this point was knowing that my boyfriend had something special planned for our anniversary.
