Class Reunion

Class reunion
I was sitting with my best friends and we were talking about our high school class reunion. We graduated 10 years ago and it feels insane. I was looking forward to it and couldn't wait to see all my classmates.

"Girl you know who I can't wait to see?" Stacy said

"Who?"

"Luke."

We all looked at each other and laughed.

"Luke is married girl." Stephanie said

"Ok. And?"

She was the thot of the group but we loved her anyway.

"I know who y/n can't wait to see. Keith mf Powers." Kyra said

I rolled my eyes knowing where this was going.

"He was her secret admirer y'all."

"Shut up."

"He loved this girl and she wouldn't give him a chance." Steph said

I regret that everyday.

"Why you wouldn't take to him?"

"I'm ashamed to say but he was a nerd. A big nerd and we had nothing in common. We talked a few times and I started to like him actually after getting to know him. It's was too late because he found somebody else who loved his nerdy self."

"Dang. If you had the chance would you do it over?" Stacy asked

"Absolutely. I learned so much from high school and the way I think now is much different from then."

"Maybe y'all will reconnect." She said bumping my shoulder.

"I'm his friend on Facebook and y'all.. the man is fine." I said

"He post anything of a girl?"

"Nope. But he's always been low key."

"You have a chance. Go for it."

"I don't want to get my hopes up and he show up with someone."

We were all having conversations and this girl over here talking on the phone

"Hey Luke. Don't hang up this phone either."

"Girl hang up!" I said

"I'll see you tomorrow baby. Hello? HELLO?"

"Disconnected again?"

"Yeah girl you don't have good signal here." She said rolling her eyes. We all laughed and stayed up the rest of the night.

It was the day of the reunion and I was anxious and excited. I was looking forward to seeing Keith and talking to him. I hope he wants to talk to me after all these years. I had on  this cute dress that showed my curves perfectly. I left my house and went on my way. I pulled up to the school and it still looks the same. So many memories came to me just looking at the building. I parked my car and looked for my friends who said we would meet at the door but of course their late. I looked around for them because the plan was to all walk in together.
"Sorry girl my baby sitter canceled." Kyra said walking in out of breath

"It's ok. Where the others at"

"I saw Stephanie she was parking. The other one was talking selfies."

"They need to come on I'm ready to go in."

"Ooh somebody eager to see somebody?" She said nudging me

"Maybe."

The others finally came in and we walked to the gym doors. We was known for being the baddest girls in the school. People were either jealous or wanted to be our friend. Eyes met us immediately and it felt like old times again. I smiled and waved at some people and there he was. A tall caramel latte with freckles.

"Hi Keith."

"You still fine as hell."

I blushed too hard but I tired to brush it off.

"Thank you. You look great too."

"I see y'all came together like always. What was y'all name "the dynamic four?" He said laughing

"Hush you know we was and still is the shit."

"That y'all are. Everybody looks great I'm surprised." He said looking around the gym

"Is that Woody? Aw no more braces"

"He had them on for years."

We laughed and looked at everyone just enjoying each other's company.

"Omg look at Stacey trying to get Luke attention." I said

"She still like him?"

"Yes and won't let it go."

"You know she was the wild one of the group."

"And nothing's changed. Not one bit."

"Hey guys pose for the camera."

We got close and smiled for the camera. He smelled so good I wanted to attack him.

"Soo.. are you with someone?" I asked

"Nah. You?"

"Nope."

"Good. Then you're with me."

Ok Daddy I said in my head

"Ok then."

"Ooh look at them! I knew that was gonna happen." Kyra said

"So cute." Stephanie said

"Aw me and Luke in the future." Stacy said

They rolled they eyes at her.

We talked and danced all night getting to know each other over again. I'm glad I got a do over.

"Let's go outside for a minute." He said

It was a cool night and I was started to get cold. He noticed and gave me his jacket.

"I'm so glad you're not mad at me Keith"

"Mad about what?"

"I was a jerk to you in high school. I'm so sorry."

"I let it go and so should you. I was a big nerd for
sure. Quite cringy now that I think about it."

We laughed and he held my hand. We were at the
stadium part of the school.

"I used to be at every game." I said

"Yeah? I never went because our team sucked."

"Don't let none of them in there hear you say that." I laughed

Our eyes met and we finally kissed. He grabbed my body bringing it closer to him. I moaned in the kiss getting so excited.

"You tryna get freaky on the bleachers?" He asked

"Yes." I was so anxious I couldn't wait anymore

"Nooo wait wait. We can't do this here."

Then a lightbulb went off in our heads.

A few hours later
Kyra POV

"Have y'all seen Y/N?"

They shook they heads no. I looked around for her and remembered she's with Keith.

"Y'all lets go find her."

The girls followed me outside and we looked around."

"Her car is still here." Stephanie said

"Um look at that car moving." Stacy said

"No way."

"Y'all think that's her?" Steph said

"Only one way to find out. "

I tapped on the window to see her wipe the fog from the window.

"Y/N!"

"Get it sis!" Stacey said

I didn't care about being caught at the moment. I was enjoying it way too much with my man. What a wonderful class reunion.
