CHAPTER 16

I was just looking at the picture smiling at the sight of Bane and me when I saw a feet in front of me. I smiled and was shock to see him.

“Hey. I was just walking by and thought I could say hi.” Jackson said scratching the back of his head.

I smiled to him. “Oh hi Jackson. Where’s Bob and Jake?” I ask not seeing the two guys behind him. He shrugs then he sit besides me, which I let him.

It really feel awkward now since the only thing that could be heard from us was the crowd and the music that revolves around the school.

“So-“ We both said and I let him talk first. “Where’s your boyfriend?” He asks.

“He’s buying us something to eat. He was holding our money since dad didn’t want me to hold it, he and mom thought that I would but it only on sweet stuff.” I said childlike and he laughs.

“That sucks. I didn’t know you like sweets.” He said smiling and that’s when I noticed he was not going to harm me anymore unlike the past that he would eventually drag me on the wall if he sees me lurking in the hallway.

“Is there something on my face?” He suddenly asks that I then came back to my reality.

“No-nothing.” I said blushing and looking away. He smirks and patted my head before standing up and walking away tucking his arms on his pocket without even saying goodbye.

Then Bane instantly came and looks at my back seeing Jackson’s retreating form. “Why was Jackson here?” He asks and I told him about Jackson’s just saying hi after seeing me. He nods and gave me the large piece of hotdog. He too has two of it.

I guess my man really got hungry with all the activities here. I too myself was a bit tire from what’s happening the whole day.

“Nice.” said Nick who suddenly pops coming to us after a while and saw how he was looking at his camera again. Why does this dude always come out everywhere?

“Jeez you almost had given me a heart attack. Would you stop it? Your already giving me the creeps and why aren’t you on your booth anyway?” I ask and he shrugs me off.

“I’m on break again and look.” He said showing pictures of me eating my meal.

“What? Why did you taken this while I’m eating.” I said with my face flushed and when Bane saw the picture he laughs at us rather to me.

“Ow don’t worry babe you look sexy there anyways, but how can you eat something like that so full of-of passion.” He again laughs that earn him a pinch on his side.

“Ow. Ow. I’m just kidding.” He said rubbing his side but still laughing together with Nick.

“Really Gab if I was gay myself I think I would get arouse just by looking at this.” He said that my mouth fell on the ground and smacks him too on his arms.

“Hey! Delete it already or I will break that thing on your hand.” I said that he rubs his hand before he did what I’ve just said.

“Fine just don’t slap me again. Is he always this physically abusive?” Nick asks Bane before my guy nods that earn him a pitiful look on Nick.

“Jeez. I feel sorry for you man.” He then said to Bane comforting him.

“I’m still here you know so stop talking like I’m invisible and not able to hear your conversation.” I said then the speaker rang before some voice was heard calling the attention of the students saying to gather on the gym for the dance and stuff since it will be the ending event of our school’s festival.
