The memories to come

Chp.1

*15 years later* (2045) (Jan 10)

Winnie's pov:

I sat in my classroom, grading some of my students work that they turned in. I took out a red pen, marking the wrong answers, writing the correct answer next to it. Since school was over for the day, Luca would be picking Brett and Jade up from school, dropping them off with me, since he had to go to work. Brett and Jade walked in hand in hand, going over to my group table to work on their homework. Brett's my nine year old who plays soccer for the elementary school and Jade is my little seven year old gymnast. Today, we were having teacher parent conferences, so we were going to be here for a while. 

I went down that hallway to the copy room, picking up my papers and sign in sheets. When I got back to my room, I put the sign in sheets onto a clipboard, placing it at the front of my room. I took the bobby-pins out of Jade's hair, taking her hair tie out as well. She was currently working on her math homework which was just addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division problems. Sitting back down at my desk, I entered grades into the system.
