*4 days later* (April 25)
Alice's pov:
Levi and I sat on top of the mountain as I took pictures of the sunrise on my Canon EOS 90D EF-S 18-135mm camera that my parents had bought me for Christmas. One of my favorite things is when Levi and I go watch the sunrise once a month so I can take pictures. Once we left the mountain, we got into the car, driving home. I took my sd card out of the camera, putting it into the clear case I kept it in. Disassembling my camera, I slid the lens and camera into the bag. When we got home, I went into the spare room where I kept the printer. Opening up my laptop, I slid my sd card into the card slot before I found the sunrise picture from this morning. I printed out the picture, trimming it down, before taping it into my journal. Since Levi and I got together in our sophomore year of high school, I have kept a journal of the special things that we do. When we started our sophomore year of college, we started our tradition of going to watch the sunrise.
As I decorated behind the picture, Levi snuck up behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist. I dug through my tape drawer, pulling out a navy blue washi tape. I laid it out around the picture, neatly cutting the edges. After I finished the page, I shut the journal, placing it next to my laptop.
I went into Levi and I's walk-in closet, so I could get changed out of the outfit that I wore up to the mountain. I pulled out a long-sleeved rose gold and white striped shirt, a gray bralette, and jean shorts. Looking at my shoe rack, I pulled out my rose gold Nike's, taking a pair of ankle socks out of the bin next to the shoe rack. Going into the bathroom, I brushed my hair with my sunflower hairbrush, throwing it up into a ponytail. Today, I was going to take photos of the sports teams and seeing my mom. After brushing my teeth, I grabbed my work badge, sliding it around my neck. I ran downstairs, making a cup of coffee at the coffee maker. I put it into my Disney Starbucks tumbler, securing the lid, before grabbing all of my photography equipment. Levi kissed me on the lips before I left the house to go get ready to take pictures of the sports teams at the high school. I got into my jeep, buckling in after I set my camera bag onto the passenger seat. Arriving at the high school, I pulled into a visitor parking spot, turning my car off. I went inside to the front office, signing in, while the secretary wrote my name onto a badge. She handed it to me, and I put it on before heading to my mom's room. I gently knocked on the door before entering.
"Hi sweetheart," my mom said, looking up from her desk.
"Hi mom," I said, walking over to her desk.
On her desk was an art piece that she had been working on for the past couple of weeks. Recently, she had started on the last corner of the paper. The bell for the last period rang, so my mom had kids come in for their art class. As she went through the instructions for their project, I was in the back room, getting some supplies for my journal. My mom always allowed me to take whatever I need for my journal. Today, I was taking a few pieces of scrapbook paper out of a book that she has. About ten minutes before the bell for the end of the day was going to ring, I said goodbye to my mom, before taking my camera equipment to the gym so I could set it up for sport pictures.
*an hour later*
Finally, all of the pictures were down, so I could go home to Levi. I packed up my camera equipment, before leaving through the front door. Hopping into my jeep, I buckled in, driving to Raising Cane's to get Levi and I dinner. Pulling up to the drive-thru, I ordered two sandwich combos with sprites. I placed the bag onto the passenger seat, driving home. I pulled into the driveway, parking my jeep, turning it off. I grabbed all of my stuff, going inside. As I walked up the front stairs, Levi opened up the front door.
