"Henry... Henry... Henry!" Said Bridgette as she started to raise her voice, shaking Henry by the shoulders trying to wake him up.
Slowly Henry started to stir awake, resting a hand on his head as he sat up on the floor. Groaning slightly as he glanced up at Bridgette looking down at him. Seeing the panic that had set into her emotions covering her face.
"Ugh... What happened?" Questioned Henry as he kept rubbing his head, glancing up at the ceiling to see how far they had fallen.
"I don't know... I think... I think we might be trapped" Said Bridgette as she tried to hold back the fear creeping in her voice, kneeling down next to Henry hoping to feel safe next to him.
"Come on... let's see if we can find a way out of here" Replied Henry as he carefully got up off the floor, helping Bridgette up as they slowly walked through more halls of the forgotten studio.
As they were walking Henry noticed an axe resting against one of the walls. Gripping the handle tightly and lightly swinging it by his side while walking. Finally through the halls of the studio they found the music department. Dark, Silent... and Deathly. The creaking and ominous noises weren't exactly helping at all.
"Have you ever been to this part of the studio?" Questioned Bridgette as she nervously glanced at the walls, seeing more ink scrawled across the walls.
"It was rare... But I occasionnaly came down here" Replied Henry as he pushed open one door, noticing a few lights set to the stage in the recording room.
Suddenly the pair of them heard a crash from outside the room. Hearing a voice bellowing from the corridor and the rapid footsteps of someone fleeing. Within seconds a figure came darting through the room, too fast for Henry or Bridgette to make out who or what it was. Running right past the pair of them, leaping over the wall into the recording booth and out the door within it.
"That... No... it couldn't have been..." Thought Henry as he still looked at the doorway the figure ran out of, letting his mind wonder what was starting to be uncovered...
Suddenly snapped out of his thoughts by Bridgette tugging at his arms. Making him turn his gaze behind, seeing an ink monster slowly stalking the floor. Terrifyed they started to back away from it, watching it stalk them every second. Quickly without thinking Henry found a music sheet stand behind him, in the recording booth that the figure had ran through. Swiftly pushing Bridgette behind him. Gripping his axe tightly in his hands. Getting his stance ready to fight the beast ahead of them.
"Bridgette get behind me in the recording booth and take that music stand" Said Henry as he gestured for her to get in that room, getting ready to lunge at the inky creature.
Quickly she hoped over the wall and ducked behind it. Grabbing the music stand then peaking over just slightly to watch Henry take his stance. Preparing the axe and ready to lunge forward. Without a second thought he took the chance and went of it. Lunging and swinging the axe at the best, praying that it would do something and not the to devour him. Eventually landing the final blow by smashing the stand on top of the ink creatures head. Seeing it disperse into a inky puddle on the floor.
Henry let out a sigh as he relaxed slightly, heavy breathing and trying to calm himself down. Glancing over his shoulder to see Bridgette just then standing up from behind the wall. The music stand was shaking in her grip, feeling the fear coursing through her entire body. Wishing she'd never agreed to set foot in this place to begin with.
"I can't believe you used to work in a place like this... why did you have to drag us in here? Also getting us trapped in here was a brilliant stunt of yours Henry" Questioned Bridgette in a slightly shocked and with hints of sarcasm in her tone, as she stepped over the recording booth wall and back by his side.
"I'm sorry Bridgette but we're stuck here, I can't make it any better but we can try and find out way out" Stated Henry as he glanced over at Bridgette, letting out a sigh as he glanced to the side to see a door with a garage type door.
A wooden sign above the door in the shape of a banner read "Sammy's Sanctuary". Raising an eyebrow slightly as he looked directly at the door. Starting to become curious what might be concealed behind that door. Never knowing that Sammy could be so reclusive, starting to become curious about what could be hidden behind that door.
"If you're planning on trying to open that door good luck" Stated Bridgette in a sarcastic tone as she rolled her eyes at Henry and then gazed at the same door he was so lost looking at.
"You don't have to come through... you can wait here if you want to" Said Henry as he walked over to the door, kneeling down and seeing a slight gap between the floor and the door.
Sliding the axe underneath the door, then trying to turn the axe so it looked like it was planted into the wood. Giving Henry enough room to grip the bottom of the door and force it upwards. Opening a long a narrow corridor, lined with shelves of different instruments.
"If you think I'm staying out here then you need to get your head examined" Stated Bridgette as she started to walk towards the door, waiting just behind Henry for him to pick the axe up and walk through.
Strolling down the corridor, the axe in hand and the music stand. Getting closer and closer to a larger room just at the end. Henry's eyes went wide when they finally reached the room. Seeing a pentagram and candles on the floor. A desk placed in the corner with old music sheets and other pieces of papers with strange writings on laying on there.
"What the hell were you doing Sammy?" Mumbled Henry as he went over to the desk and looked at the papers on the desk, starting to lose himself as he flicked through them.
"I wish I was back at home getting screwed like this morning" Mumbled Bridgette not realising that she just said that out loud, then noticing that it did catch the attention of Henry,
"What did you just say?" Questioned Henry in a shocked tone as he dropped the papers back onto the desk, turning to look Bridgette right in the eyes with the look of horror plastered across his face.
"Nothing" Answered Bridgette as her face turned pale with fear, not knowing what could happen if she finally did tell Henry the truth.
"You're cheating on me aren't you?" Questioned Henry as he gripped the axe tightly, feeling rage burning in him but also pain and sorrow.
"Yes... well done Henry... I'm surprised you didn't ask this morning when I looked in a state" Snapped Bridgette as she glared at Henry, starting to feel her anger rage deep inside her core.
"I thought something wasn't right when I came and got you this morning" Replied Henry as he continued to stare Bridgette dead in the eyes, trying to hold back any kind of tears he wanted to truly shed.
"Well I guess you know what happens next" Stated Bridgette as she placed the stand down and crossed her arms over her chest, not showing any kind of empathy for her actions.
"Let me finish that sentence for you ...we're over" Said Henry as he finally felt all the emotions boil inside him, turning his head slightly and holding a hand over his mouth.
There was silence in the room. An atmosphere that could be cut with a knife. Neither of them wanting to say anything to the other. Hearing creaks echoing all around them and the pipes flowing with ink. The creaks seeming to be getting louder and louder unbeknown to the pair of them. Suddenly Bridgette gazed over towards Henry seeing a figure approaching him from behind.
"Henry look out!" Screeched Bridgette as she gestured behind him, making him glanced over his shoulder only to get smacked around the head and knocked out.
Falling to the ground and still with a tiny bit consciousness to hear another thud and some words being spoken softly.
"Sheep, Sheep, Sheep... it's time for sleep..." Said the voice from the figure, that being the final thing Henry heard before passing out where he laid...
