Cherry continued to walk down the desolate halls of the studio. Henry and Bridgette sheepishly following behind her. The creaks and groans of the pipes making the pair of them jump like cats, but leaving Cherry unfazed by the sounds behind the walls. The words that once lined the walls had seemed to disappear in these halls. Eventually Bridgette pulled at Henry's arms to try and get his attention, wanting to get slightly further behind Cherry so she wouldn't hear.
"Should we really be trusting her Henry?" Questioned Bridgette as she gestured to Cherry who was still walking on ahead of them, observing the area around them for something but neither of them knew what.
"At the moment I trust her more than I do you... if you don't wanna accept the help... find your own way out" Retorted Henry as he turned away to look back in the direction Cherry was heading, leaving Bridgette standing there completely shocked and scared to be alone.
Bridgette remained standing there, feeling confident she could find her own way out of this place. But one pipe creak was all it took for her to leap out of her skin and go running back to the pair of them. Bumping right into the back of Henry, making him stumble forward and knocking Cherry over. Both of them looked horrified at the floor for a few moment. Seeing Cherry just turned over and sitting down, looking up at the pair of them livid.
"I try to help the pair of you out and all you can do is shove me about... what is wrong with you two?" Snapped Cherry as she started to get up off the floor, feeling a surge of pain shoot through her leg and making her collapse onto the floor.
"Cherry are you okay?" Questioned Henry as he put an arm out infringe of him to give her a hand out, which she quickly swatted away and grabbed her left knee tightly.
"Just keep away from me will you" Snapped Cherry as she glared daggers up at Henry, seeing the rage become quickly plastered across her face was terrifying for the pair of them.
Slowly the pair of them backed away from her to give her some space. Henry glaring right into Bridgette's eyes, he could see the guilt was coated right over them. Then turning his gaze back over to Cherry not even wanting to look at Bridgette any longer. Seeing her with a wrench adjusting some of the bolts near her knee. Looking like she was in agony but trying to hide it as best as she could.
"You made them supports yourself?" Questioned Henry trying to make light conversation with Cherry, knowing that she would either snap or give him some form of a reply.
"Yeah... what's it to you?" Snapped Cherry as she looked up from her knee for a moment, not really sure what he was trying to do.
"It's impressive that's all... I was just trying to make some small talk" Replied Henry as he backed away slightly letting Cherry have some space, deep down also not wanting to be in the veracity while she had and axe and was annoyed.
"Yeah well I ain't got time for that stuff" Answered Cherry as she continued to tighten up some more of the bolts on her leg cage, keeping her focus where it needed to be rather than the pair of them.
"Well you're sitting on the floor so you do have the time" Retorted Bridgette finally chipping in at the remark, making Cherry roll her eyes and glare over at her.
"You better keep that lip silent before I throw this axe at you" Retaliated Cherry as she gripped the handle of the axe beside her, sending sharp daggers right her way so she knew she was serious.
Suddenly a crash from down one of the hallways made all of them silent. Cherry quickly out the wrench back into her satchel and tried to get up off the floor. Using the wall and her right arm to try and drag herself up the wall and back onto her feet. Feeling slightly out of breath as she glared over at the pair of them.
"We need to go... it's not safe here" Stated Cherry as she gripped the axe tightly in her hand, quickly starting to make her way down one of the corridors heading away from where the crash came from.
Without hesitation both Henry and Bridgette followed along behind Cherry. Taking glances over their shoulders after each creak and groan. Putting all three of them on edge as they treaded down the corridors. Henry noticed how twitchy Cherry had seem to have gotten. Which didn't put him any more at ease.
Suddenly Cherry stopped dead in her tracks, looking at the doorway ahead of her but something wasn't right. Before she could work out what Henry and Bridgette had already bumped into her back. Clearly neither of them paying attention to what was happening in front of them. Making Cherry glare over her shoulder at them, then turning her attention back to the doorway.
"What's wring Cherry?" Questioned Henry as he looked ahead of him, not really sure why she'd seem to stop and be in such a daze.
"I don't know... the floor wasn't covered in a sea of ink when I was last here... one of the pipes must have busted and flooded this part" Replied Cherry as she shrugged it off as being the pipes bursting, slowly starting to edge her way into the ink but quickly sensing something wasn't right.
Within a couple of seconds of her stepping into the ink, a fountain of ink burst up in the middle of the floor. Blinding Cherry for a couple of seconds, but soon seeing what caused the fountain of ink. Catching a glimpse of a tall and slender figure ahead of her. With one white with glove on one hand and the other long sharped spiked fingers. Which could cut through the thickest of things, tearing it to shreds. The face of a demon sat on top of the slender body. Wide black and white grin was only visibly, ink covering the eyes of the creature. Finally a set of sharp horns pointed out from the top.
"Bendy" Breathed out Cherry so the other two wouldn't hear her, the look of terror now covered across her face.
"Everybody run" Shouted Cherry as she quickly turned around, and started to wade back through the ink to try and run away from the demon.
Suddenly she collapsed to the floor, feeling s surging pain coursing through her right leg. Glancing down to see a massive claw mark down her leg. Seeping out blood and watching it trail down her leg. Then quickly trying to pull herself across the floor to try and get away from the demon. Before she could get away she felt Bendy grab her ankle and start to drag her backwards. Pulling her closer and closer towards him.
Further down the corridor Henry turned back to look over his shoulder. Seeing Cherry being dragged away by the demon. Not being able to stand there and do nothing about it. Quickly turning back around and leaving Bridgette at the end of the corridor.
"Henry what are you doing?" Questioned Bridgette as she looked back at Henry rushing down the corridor, standing there not sure what to do now.
"I can't leave her" Shouted Henry over his shoulder as he continued to run down the corridor, reaching Cherry and grabbing the axe and swing at Bendy.
Knocking back Bendy and kneeling down beside Cherry. Seeing the blood dripping down her leg. Knowing she wouldn't be able to run he down the next best thing. Scooping her up in his arms and running off with her down the halls. Hearing the ink demon running after them, being hot on their tail which made him run faster. Seeing Bridgette on the other side of a doorway waving her arm for them to quickly get in.
Henry quickly bolted through the doorway. Having Bridgette slammed the door shut and putting a wooden beam over the door. Hearing the banging from other side as Bendy was trying to break it down. Then noticing that Cherry had passed out in his arms. Then silence fell over the room, hearing the ink demon had give up banging against the door. Suddenly a tiny can rolled across the floor. Making Bridgette flinch and hid behind Henry. Hearing a set of footsteps echoing from the shadows. Until finally a figure emerged from the shadows.
"Boris?" Questioned Henry as he stared at the figure ahead of him, not sure what was going on any more with things in the studio...
