"Cherry" Henry screamed as he banged his fists against the wooden door, falling limp and just resting against it with his forearms.
Feeling the tears fall from his eyes. His emotions running wild inside him. Knowing that he was partly responsible for letting Cherry get caught. Shaking his head as he let the guilt consume him. Then falling to his knees as he slid his arms down the door. Now having no clue what to do or where to go from here. Slowly turning around to rest his back against the door, head in his hands.
"Good one Henry... what a way to let her be caught by the demon" Stated Bridgette as a slight smirk was plastered across her face, not even caring about the fact that Henry was distraught over Cherry.
"I wasn't the one to make a deal with the demon to sell her out" Snapped Henry as he glared daggers up at Bridgette, feeling the rage and anger build up inside him.
"No... but I wasn't the one that started arguing when we needed to get away was I" Retorted Bridgette as she let the smug look creep more onto her face, knowing that he wouldn't have anything to say about that.
"You're right" Stated Henry as he looked up at Bridgette, the look of defeat consumed his entire face.
"I wish... I wish I didn't have such a kind heart to let you even come with us... Maybe none of this would've happened then" Said Henry as he stared at Bridgette blankly, starting to feel like this was entirely his fault.
"Maybe... just maybe I should've left you to the bloke you were screwing the morning we came here... then would you have been happy?" Snapped Henry as he got up off the floor, feeling his emotions boil over as he walked away from Bridgette.
Leaving Bridgette stunned, mouth gaping open as she kept starring at the door. Eyes filling with disbelief as she shook her head slightly. Turning around to look at Henry to see he was heading down the hallway behind them.
"Wait... where are you going?... you can't leave me here alone" Said Bridgette as she took a few steps forward, not wanting to be left alone in the studio.
"The demon has someone I need... and I'm going after him... if you want to come just stay out of my way" Stated Henry as he glanced over his shoulder to look at Bridgette, then turning around and heading down the hallway.
"Hold on Cherry... I'm coming" Muttered Henry as he headed down the hallway, hearing a few footsteps behind him knowing Bridgette was right on his tail.
Walking down the desolate halls of the studio. Delving deeper and deeper in the almost forgotten building. The creaking echoing down the eerie corridors. Until after a short while they emerged into another room. Filled with a few offices and storage places for different items. With Henry gazing around like he'd never seen this part of the studio, which he hadn't before. Then further down the room he caught a bright light from a sign. Just making out that it read "Office Of Joey Drew". Starting to let his mind wander as he unwilling walked forward. Gripping the crowbar tight in his hand as he used the other to grab the handle of the door. Throwing it opened expecting something to be behind there waiting.
Seeing a figure standing behind the desk, making him jump and lift the crowbar up high. Like lighting the figure held a bar up to stop the crowbar coming down on it. Eventually seeing who the figure was and both of them lowered their weapons. The look of shock covering both of their faces.
"Joey?" Questioned Henry as he continued to stare at Joey dead in the eyes, not believing that he was even still alive after what Cherry said she hadn't seen him in so long.
"Henry" Questioned Joey as he stared back at Henry, not believing that he was standing right there in front of him.
"What... what are you doing here?" Asked Joey as he lent his back against his desk, crossing his arms over his chest as he tilted his head slightly to the side.
"I was apparently invited back... and here we are now" Stated Henry as he glanced behind him at Bridgette to make sure she was still there, then hoping that Joey might be able to help him out.
"Who's your little friend here?" Asked Joey as he glanced at Bridgette, knowing that he hadn't see her before and wondering what she was doing here.
"Her name's Bridgette" Stated Henry as he looked over at her, knowing that he would've felt guilty still even if he'd left her behind a few moments ago.
"What even brings you down this deep into the studio?" Questioned Joey as he glanced down at the side to look at his desk, not really understanding why Henry would even be this deep down in the studio.
"Cherry... she's just been taken by Bendy... I need to save her" Stated Henry in an almost pleading tone, knowing that if he didn't get to her in time Bendy would kill her.
"Cherry's alive" Breathed out Joey as he turned around to fully face his desk, having his back to the pair of them as he tried to comprehend what he'd just heard.
"After all this time... my little girl's alive" Muttered Joey as he bent over slightly, resting a hand on the desk and the other over his mouth and rubbed it slightly.
"If the demon has her... then there isn't much time before he kills her" Stated Joey as he turned around to face the pair of them again, feeling a determination burning inside him now.
"Do you know where Bendy might be?" Questioned Henry as he took a few steps forward, praying that Joey would know where the demon might be residing.
"Most likely the place where it all started... The Ink Machine" Answered Joey as he walked towards the pair of them, striding right past them and beckoning them to follow him.
Walking down a corridor with a locked door at the end. A quick code punched in and it was opened. Revealing a large room, with a grand Ink Machine right in the centre. Surrounding it was a tiny ink moat, acting as a barrier to stop anything getting in and getting out. The gears clanking away, acting as the music in the silence. Pipes flowing with ink around the room and out again. The three of them standing in the archway, gazing up at the Ink Machine.
With Henry knowing that there was no way he was turning back now. Gripping the crowbar in his hand as he walked towards the Ink Machine...
