The moment you feel despair
You have nothing left to fight for
You made the same mistake
You can't see your way through
These times make a man
These times when no one is there
Lean not to understand but live
Never give up on you
The world will throw you aside
Say you are not you
Know your thoughts are true
Your heart carries you through
This won't make you
It's just a bump in the road
Don't be distracted by things that come and go
Get up and move for you have long way to go
People understand people
You are not the same
They'll say you are no good
They'll see your failed attempts
Write you off as lost
Even in your fear and doubt
A voice stronger than all others
Tells you this too shall pass, this too shall pass
The heart of David lives in you
I will keep hope in my heart
Even though I fail to show it
It pierces through the loneliest of times
They see failure while success beams down from the heavens
Some never realize the need to grow
A seed never planted in soil ground
This low place won't hold
Knowing right from wrong
I have to grow
Let it go
Dark places of fear bring me to a place called nowhere
I keep trying to see
What path lays ahead of me
I hear your thoughts
Expectations set too high to reach
"You think I'm weak"
Your thoughts lie to the listeners of your cell
