"you can't let one guy determine the chances of your love life," alvaro tried to explain. he was sitting on the floor, pulling at the fluffy threads in her carpet. dejah was laying in her bed on her belly, resting her head on a pillow.
mattia told the boys everything. from how he hit up dejah on instagram to him basically leading her on. all the boys wanted to make sure she was good, but she only answered to alvaro because she felt most comfortable around him. that's why she practically begged her mom to let him come over.
dejah sniffed. she cried for a couple hours, resulting in a runny nose and puffy eyes, but since alvaro came, she hasn't shed another tear. "your right. which why i've decided never to love again," she was being dramatic.
alvaro chuckled. "don't say that," he felt bad. "i think mattia only got with her because he thought he could deal with taking care of both of them," he was bad with his words but he knew one thing for sure. "he would rather try again and not try for the first time because he doesn't want to break your heart,"
dejah groaned loudly. "i hate when people make sense," mattia wanted to try again with jenna because they been through it together already. him and dejah have only known each other for so long. if they we're to date, they both knew dejah would have zero temptations because she didn't have anything here in new jersey. her life was back in florida.
"i'm not mattia, but i'm here for you," he sent her smile. and because dejah was so emotional, it made her tear up.
"awe, alvaro!" she swiftly moved from her bed to the floor and attacked him in a hug. "your so cute," she sighed.
"we been knew,"

"this is the most dumbest shit ever," dejah laughed as they failed the dance for about the fifth time. it was the lottery dance that they both learned just an hour before. alvaro lacked a bit of rhythm, so dejah would laugh and then they would have to cut.
"i swear i can do it," they laughed in sync.
dejah found it cute. "let's do one where i whisper in your ear," she suggested since it was easiest.
"what song?" he was familiar with these so it wasn't a problem.
"bust that pussy open then i tell em' bring it back!" dejah yelled, completely forgetting that her door was open and her mom was in the other room.
on que, alvaro and dejah covered their mouths. they could hear her mom moving dishes around in the kitchen so they found it safe for them to burst into laughter. in the mist, she heard the doorbell ring and she grew excited.
"kairi!" well, all the boys excluding mattia were coming over for dinner to meet her mom so they could hang out whenever. she slipped on her ugg slippers before running downstairs to open the door.
she swung the door open, cloliding with the first body she seen. it was roshaun, his cologne engulfing her stuffed nose. everyone got a hug and then piled in. "mommy! my friends are here," she turned to the kitchen.
"okay! give me a second," she was glowing as she worked in the kitchen.
"we're gonna' move to the living room, i'ma go get alvaro," she headed up the stairs and peeked into her room. alavaro was sitting in his spot except her l.e.d lights we're on and he looked liked her was making tik toks. "c'mon, we're gonna' eat down there,"

"have fun," dejah's mom waved to the kids as she headed up to her room. she met them all and asked a couple questions. how did they meet dejah? did they like it here in new jersey? did they like dejah more than a friend? all weird and embarrassing.
"you look exactly like your mom," alejandro commented. "like that is yout twin,"
dejah rolled her eyes, "shut up,"
"how have you been though?" roshaun asked through a mouthful of chicken and rice.
"i'll live," she shrugged. "i don't want to think about him or talk about him though," she made it clear.
"fine by me," alvaro agreed.
"let's film after we eat, yeah?" kairi suggested. "i need new content,"
"someone do the lottery dance with me," dejah begged, making alvaro laugh. "he can't do shit to save his life,"
