Carlos' PoV
(Y/N) comes down the stairs upset.
"(Y/N)? Are you? Are you crying?" Jay asked
I nod
"Why?" I questioned
"S-she shouted at me..." She sobbed
"Come here, (Y/N/N)..." Ben said opening his arms
She ran over to her twin brother and sobbed into his arms whilst Jay, Evie and I go over to a speaker thing.
"Mal, it's Evie. Let me just talk to you for a second." Evie yells
"Mal, come on." Evie says
"Go away!" Mal shouts
"Let's give her a couple of hours to cool off." I suggest
"Guys! Where's the twins?" Jay asks
"Ben? (Y/N)!" We yell
"Ben, (y/n), don't scare us like that." Evie sighs
"Don't scare you? But that's my specialty."
I could recognise that Scottish accent anywhere...
"Harry." Evie said
"What did you do with Ben and (Y/N)?" I asked sternly
"Oh, uh, we nicked 'em. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And if you want to see them again, have Mal and Carlos come to the Chip Shoppe tonight. Alone. Uma wants a little visit." He told us
We all sigh
"Aw, Jay. Seems like you've lost your touch." Harry laughs and walks away
"Well, I guess we have to go tell Mal." Jay says
"Our sworn enemy just took her boyfriend and best friend. She's gonna be furious." Evie tells us
We walk slowly up the stairs.
"Why do you guys keep coming up?! I'm not coming home!" Mal shouts
"Ben and (Y/N) have been captured." Jay blurts out
I hit him
"WHAT?!" Mal yells
"We're sorry!" Evie shouted back
"If you guys never would have brought them here, this never would have happened. What were you thinking?!" Mal screams
"They were gonna come with or without us. We just wanted to protect them." Evie says
"Yeah, and we completely blew it, guys." I sigh
"Okay! Okay. So, what are we gonna do?" Jay asks
"'We' are not doing anything. This is between
Uma, me and Carlos. And she's a punk. And guess what? Now we have to go get them." Mal bellowed
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Mal. We're still gonna have to go through Harry Hook and his wharf rats." I say
"Yeah, you're gonna need the rest of us." Jay replies
"Uma said to come alone."
"Mal, come on." Evie says
"She said to come alone." I recalled
"I know one thing. I'm not going anywhere." Jay says throwing himself on the couch
"We'll be here when you guys get back." Evie tells us
Mal and I walk off to the chip shoppe.
"I'm sorry Mal. It's all my fault. I was supposed to keep an eye on (Y/N) and now she's been captured." I apologised
"And Ben."
"Yeah. Him too." I say
We stop in front of the restaurant.
"Let's do this." Mal murmured
Mal roughly pushes the doors open.
"We're back..." she sang
"Losers, party of two. Right this way." Uma says
She pushes two chairs and Mal catches both of them, Uma laughs.
"Place still stinks." Mal says
"Oh, I'm sorry. We're down a butler today... Princess." Uma pauses
"Where is she?" I blurt out
"You know, I've dreamed of this. You two wanting something from me, and me watching you both squirm like a worm on a hook." Uma replies
"I'm so flattered that you dream of us. We haven't given you a thought since we left." Mal stated
"Obviously. You have your perfect, little life, don't you? Don't they have the perfect, little life? And we're 20 years into a garbage strike." Uma shouts
"Listen, if you have some kind of score to settle with us, game on. I see no need to bring Ben or (Y/N) into this." I interjected
"It may be a little unnecessary, but, oh, it is so much fun. Here's the deal." Uma says
"Just like your mother-- always a catch." Mal interrupts Uma
"If you win... The twins are free to go."
Uma puts her hand out. I'm guessing for an arm wrestle with Mal.
"Hmm? Don't you want to know what I get if I win?" Uma pouts
"Still dreaming."
"Last time I checked, your mother thought she had things all sewn up, too, huh? How'd that work out for her again?" Uma states
"On three. One. Two. Three."
"You know, that whole prince and princess act? Ugh. Never bought it for a second. You can stick a crown on a villain, but you're both still
a villain." Uma protested
"And you can slap a pirate hat on, but you're still Shrimpy."
Uma loses her grip and Mal's eyes turn green.
"If I win... you bring me the wand." Uma says
That sentence causes Mal to lose her grip and Uma wins...
"Now... if you want your precious lovers back, bring me Fairy Godmother's magic wand to my ship tomorrow at 12:00 noon... sharp." Uma said
"Oh, and if you blab... you can kiss your baby's goodbye." Uma blows a kiss at us and leaves
Mal and I stood in our positions frozen for a few minutes figuring out what just happened until Mal got up. We left the Chip Shoppe and ran back to the hideout.
"Where's Ben and (Y/N)?" Evie asks worried
"Uma has them." Mal says glumly
"We have to bring her the magic wand for the twins..." I whisper
"There's no way we're gonna give Uma the wand." Jay said "We can't just let her destroy Auradon."
"Uma doesn't get the wand, then Ben and (Y/N) are toast, guys." Mal tells us
"Right, so, we're gonna give Uma, of all people, the wand." Evie babbled
"Do we have another choice?" I argued
"Wait! You guys! Your 3D printer." Mal yells
"A phony wand?" Evie asks
"Yes!"
"In my sleep!" I say
"And the second Uma tests it, she'll know it's fake." Evie sighed
"Well, okay, so then we just get Ben out really fast. We need some kind of diversion."
Mal thought for a second until Jay said something.
"Smoke bombs!" Jay suggested
"That's perfect. I'll get the chemicals I need from Lady Tremaine's place." Evie declared
"That could work." I reply
"Oh, and sick hair, by the way. Evil Stepmom seriously stepped up her game." Evie said holding parts of Mal's hair
"Okay, do you want to know something? Dizzy did this." Mal told her
"Little Dizzy? Shut up!" Evie shouted
"I know. I'm, like, loving it. It's, like, a lot lighter." Mal gawked
"Really proud of her." Evie said
"Hello?" I interrupted them
"Right. Carlos, Jay, you guys meet us at Pirates Bay no later than noon." Mal continued
"And, you guys, losing-- not an option. 'Cause we're rotten..."
"To the core." We all chimed in
