Part 10

Your PoV
Alice, Daisy and I sneak off to the limo as fast as we could. We unlock the limo and slide inside.
"There's a first aid kit underneath the seats." I say whimpering
"Okay, (Y/N) breath." Daisy says squeezing my hand
"I feel like I'm giving birth right now." I joke
Daisy and Alice laugh.
"This is gonna really hurt." Alice says
She applies the rubbing alcohol to my arm and I wince. She carefully cleans up my wound and tears off the fabric from her sword. It's wrapped around my arm before I knew it.
"Anyways. Did that white haired boy call you babe earlier?" Daisy wiggle her eyebrows
"Maybe." I smile
The girls squeal.
"Why do you have a boyfriend and we don't?!" Daisy laughs
"Or girlfriend!" Alice points out
My eyes widen
"I forgot you were bisexual!" I smile

"Nice work out there, Lonnie." Jay yells
"Come on, Dude, hop in. Oh, now you listen to me." Carlos says to the dog
I giggle
"Let's go." Ben says "Come on, Evie, get in."
"Let's go. Mal!" Ben calls out
Everyone enters the limo and sits there shocked as they see Daisy, Alice and I huddled close.
"So, you know them?" Mal asks me
"Yeah... we were kinda best, best friends before they went to the isle. Fairy God Mother must have wiped all our memories of each other but they came back today." I explained
Everyone nodded
"Oh, this is Daisy and Alice! Daisy, Alice, this is Jay, Carlos, Mal, Ben, Lonnie and Evie!" I smile
I see Alice staring at Evie as Evie scoots closer to her. I playfully punch Alice and smirk at her. She just rolls her eyes.
"Some of those pirates were actually really nice. Especially Gil." I say
"(Y/N), Gil's father tried to murder our father!" Ben points out
"Yeah well, he's not his dad is he?" I state
"Still..." Ben sighs
There was a silence until dude broke it.
"Awkward..." He said
I rolled my eyes
"Dude, I know you can talk but it doesn't always mean you should." Carlos whispers
I rest my head on Daisy's shoulder and fall asleep.

Alice's PoV
(Y/N) introduced us to the other VK's and I'm starting to take a liking to Evie...
"So, everyone's outfits for the cotillion looked great last time I checked them." Evie spoke
"Cotillion?" I asked
"Yeah, that's basically to 'crown' Mal 'Lady Of The Court' and Carlos 'Man Of The Court'. It's a huge celebration and everyone in Auradon gets to come." Jay explains
"D-Do we get to come?" Daisy shyly asks
"Yes, of course!" Ben smiles
Evie gasps
"I can design your gowns!" Evie squeals
A few minutes later
"H-Hey, Evie?"
Evie hums as a response
"What's your sexuality?" I whisper
"I'm a huge lesbian..." she smiles
I laugh
"Do you maybe want to go to the cotillion with me? And maybe if you don't absolutely hate me after, then would you consider being more than friends?" I asked
"Like girlfriend and girlfriend? And we could hold hands instead of slugging each other all the time, we would text and I could tell you how great you are because you're really great Alice. I'm the luckiest girl in the world!" Evie rambles
I put my finger on her lips.
"Exactly like that." I smile
She blushes and rests her head on my shoulder.
The car stops, signalling we were at Auradon. We were in freaking Auradon!

Your PoV
"(Y/N)? Wake up, sleeping beauty." Carlos said
I groaned
"Go away..." I mumbled waving my hand
Carlos chuckles and sighs
"Guess I'll have to do this the old fashioned way.."
Carlos then proceeds to pick me up bridal style and carries me out of the limo.
"Alright buddy. I'm out of the limo, you can put me down now." I smile
"Nope." Carlos smiles back
I huff and throw my head back
"I'll get these back to the gym." Lonnie says gesturing to the swords
"Oh, Lonnie. Adam wants to ask you something!" I shout
"Okay, thank you (Y/N)!" She smiles
I salute jokingly
"See you later." Evie said
Suddenly, Jane comes running up towards Ben.
"Ben, there you are. Cotillion's tonight. Come here." Jane dragged Ben away but still so I could hear them
"Look, this is the stained glass window for Mal.
Isn't it beautiful? She's gonna love it." Jane smiled
"Do you want to cancel?" Ben asks Mal
"Um, you know what? I can come back. Uh, but, like, really, really soon." Jane awkwardly said
"No, no, no. No, no, no. Now's fine. Um..." Ben stuttered
"Do whatever you need to do." Ben told Mal
"We need to talk." Evie grabbed Mal
"Yeah." Mal whispered
"No." Carlos says
I look up at him confused
"No?" Evie looks wide eyed
"You guys are always going off in a huddle,whispering your girl talk stuff or whatever, and Jay and I are tired of it." Carlos explains
I nod
"And you're apart of that girl talk stuff too." Carlos boops my nose
I turn away and blush, he chuckles
"I'm not." Jay waves his hands up
"We're your family, too. We've been through
a lot together. We're not stopping that now, okay?" Carlos states
"Everyone sit." He says
Carlos carefully sits down with me now placed on his lap
"Come on. You too."
"I don't know how to start girl talk." Carlos says
I giggle and hold his hand
"What up?" Jay smiles
Everyone giggles. Alice wraps her arm around Evie, Daisy wiggles her eyebrows at me.
"Um, well... I'm a mess." Mal awkwardly laughs
"I'm such a mess. I mean, six months ago, I was, you know, stealing candy from babies, and now everybody wants me to be this Lady of the Court." Mal cries
"And I have no idea how to keep up the act." Mal continues
"Then don't." I suggest
"See? This was dumb." Jay says standing up
"Maybe it wasn't." Daisy says pushing Jay back down
"We're always gonna be the kids from the Isle. I tried to forget it. I really tried, but those are our roots." Evie recalled
"And we all did what we had to do to survive." Alice carried on
"But it made us who we are. And we're never gonna be like anybody else here. And that's okay. That's okay. And we can't fake it."
"No."
"Yeah. I mean, especially without my spell book." Mal sighed
"Mal, if Ben doesn't love the real you, then he's not the one." Carlos declared
"I like that." Daisy says
"And if he doesn't then I'll show him a lesson."
I say clicking my knuckles and laughing
"Give him a chance." Carlos tells Mal
"Take some time to yourself and then come back to our dorm and we'll put your dress on you." Evie says
"And if you're up for it-- only if you're up for it-- it will be waiting for you, okay?" Evie squeezes Mal's hand
We all stand up and walk off.

Third Person PoV
Everyone walks off but Mal and Jay stay put.
"Come to cotillion tonight. Alright? If Ben isn't smart enough to love you and you can't stand another day, I'll drive you back tomorrow myself. Okay?" Jay offers
Mal just nods
Jay lean hugs her and walks off...
