(Y/n)'s POV

I had a dream. I am happily wearing a wedding dress, with a gorgeous face. Slowly walking to the aisle while tears are threatening to fall due to the immense joy I am feeling. I am marrying the man named Kamado Tanjiro. His face displayed the immense happiness he's feeling. This boy's heart is full of kindness, making me impossible not to fall inlove with that gentle smile. We are both demon hunters but like Aoi-san, I decided not to advance into a battle.

"(Y/n), it is time to rise." I am interrupted by Aoi-san's voice.

Tanjiro with his squad just came by in the butterfly estate, injured from a mission. They are working hard as usual. I noticed Aoi-san cooking breakfast, so I prepared the medecine for the guests. I went on room where Tanjiro's staying.

"Good Morning!" I greeted them with a smie.

"Good morning, (y/n)!" I slightly blushed as Tanjiro greeted me.

"Good morning, (y/n)-chan! You are beautiful like always." Zenitsu's being flirt again but I don't hate him.

"Thank you, Zenitsu! I came here to check your wounds. "

"I think we're already fine. You are great at taking care of us. Thank you very much!" I blushed again at Tanjiro's word.

"It is not really a big deal. I am not strong like you guys, this is the only way I can help you."

"That is not true, without you guys. We might be still suffering from our injuries."

Inosuke's still asleep but I checked them all without waking him up. "Tanjiro, let's talk about your plan to Kanao." Zenitsu said.

"What plan?" Tanjiro's cheecks were dusted by pink.

"I will ask Kanao to be my girlfriend."

I can feel the needles prickling my heart. He likes Kanao after all. Even if it hurts, I will try to help him.

"Is that it? I can help you with her, you can count on me!" I tried acting cheerful to mask the growing pain in me.

"Really? Thank you!"

"Breakfast is ready!" I heard Aoi-san calling us out to eat.

The boar head suddenly stood up and sprinted towards the kitched while shouting. I just laughed out loud.

I was hanging the clothes I just washed earlier. The thought of Tanjiro and Kanao being together never left my mind.

"Hello, (y/n)!"

I freaked out, startled. "Oh, it's just you." I saw Tanjiro standing behind me. "What brings you here?"

"I just finished training. I am being bothered by the sad scent I am smelling ever since morning. The sad scent led me to you. Do you have any problem?"

"I am fine, Tanjiro." I flashed my usual smile but he's not buying it this time.

"You are obviously, lying."

I sighed as I hanged the last cloth. "I just fell inlove with someone. He's so kind, making it impossible not to fall for him. He's so sweet that makes my heart flutter everytime he shows it but he likes somebody else. I need to move-on from him, it is not easy but I need to do it, for the sake of their happiness."

Tanjiro couldn't utter word. I can tell that he's trying to think some words to comfort me. Tanjiro, if you keep on being kind like that, how could I move-on? "At least, tell him what you really feel." He whispered, not really sure if that is the right thing to say.
