CHAPTER 13 : PAMPERING
ISABELLA'S POV
"Izzy ??"
I started coughing once I found myself kinda sorta steady .
"I want to go back home " I mumbled
"Let's go "
His arm went protectively around my waist and I couldn't help but blush .
I didn't even care about the fact that
a stranger had pushed me into the pool a while ago just because
I stepped on his feet and didn't flirt back .
Like seriously , hot blood!
I'd prefer vampires anytime .
And if it's Edward Cullins then h-e-a-v-e-n .
I felt a bit better now .
When my feet actually touched the bottom of the pool , I froze for a second. Then when my senses finally knocked in , I tried to swim to the top instantly .
Once we got out of it , Jessica handed a towel to Royal while I just hugged myself .
"Here" Ro said and passed it to me instead .
"That's it Royal . I'm done with
you " , Jessica said angrily and stormed off .
Royal just threw the towel at me because I didn't grabbed it earlier and went behind her .
"You okay ?" Chris asked
"Yaa I guess " I replied
"Let's just go back " he suggested
I nodded and went back to my room with Chris .
After reaching home , I drank some hot drink which Chris gave me .
Took a cold shower for the second time , the first time being the pool water itself .
After getting ready to sleep ,
my phone buzzed and I saw so many missed calls , plus one which I just missed yet again .
I called him back..
"Hi ?"
"Isabella Winston !" He shouted
"Okay ! First of all , you are not my parent , alright ?
Now what's up ? And if you say sky or ceiling , I might actually start reconsidering my decision of whether to thank you or not "
"Are you done already ?" He asks
"Speak up , because my partner is urging me to snuggle with him asap "
